Dr Newey and his staff were excellent! Answered all my questions, and the procedure was quick. In and out in about 45 mins! Even sent me home with a little gift. Dr. Newey is very knowledgable and experienced. Highly recommend!!

The staff here was wonderful and helped me with all my questions. I had done a bit of research before having my wisdom teeth out so thought I knew, but they helped and were happy to answer questions via phone. The procedure was fast and they gave good take home instructions as well

Dr. Newey and staff are hands down fabulous. I have jaw issues and they assured me that I would do great. I have more procedures upcoming, my mind is at ease with this team.

I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled 4.12.22 at 8am one of which were impacted. I was out of surgery by 8:45am. It is the same day a little after 5pm I have little to no pain and recovery seems to be going well. Thank you Dr. Newey and staff!

Nothing but good things to say! I had been experiencing major wisdom tooth pain since mid-July and struggled with finding a good surgeon to extract the teeth. Places either wanted $1000+ upfront or didn't tell me I was out of network until the day of my appointment. Dr. Newey's office was the third place I had tried over the course of about two months, and they were able to get me in quickly for a consultation, and less than a week later I was able to get my wisdom teeth extracted. The office is nice, and the staff is even better. Several days after getting the teeth extracted I was still in a lot of pain, and someone in the office even stayed after the office closed for me to pick up another prescription as she didn't want me in the pain over the weekend. Staff was top notch, but I am highly convinced that Mark himself was not lucid when performing his work. Mistakes were made, and there was hardly any level of accountability afterward. I do not intend to ever go back, and would not recommend others do.

I needed two molars extracted, was experiencing a ton of pain, and was a nervous wreck!! Dr. Newey and his staff put me right at ease, and very quickly out of pain with some numbing shots. One of my teeth had broke off and I thought for sure that pulling would turn into a nightmare; however, Dr. Newey had both molars out in under 10 minutes! I have never been to an oral surgeon prior to seeing Dr Newey. I was one of the few people blessed to not have any wisdom teeth and have not had any mouth trauma. When being diagnosed for possible severe ear aches, my ENT doctor suggested that I may have TMJ. She referred me to Dr Newey, well better said, she told me that she'd contact them and have his office call to set up an appointment. Now, in the past, doctors have not always called right back, most of the time, I ended up calling them to set the "referred" appointment up. This was definitely not the case with Dr Newey's staff, they had called within a couple of hours of me leaving my ENT. Now, expecting an appointment in December, I was asked if the following Monday would be good. After picking myself up off of the floor I agreed to a time. For a time line, I saw my ENT on Sept 24, first consult with Dr Newey, Sept 28. Meeting the staff was awesome, they were grinding and very caring, I could tell by their eyes. I'm sure they were smiling under their COVID 19 masks, which by the way, everyone wore. I had my x-ray taken and had only waited about five minutes until Dr Newey came in. Again very friendly, I felt that his exam was thorough. He said in order to see really what was going on in my jaw, I would need an MRI, which he ordered. Once again, I thought two or three weeks out for the MRI. I thanked him and his staff for helping me, I had been in such horrible pain and was very lucky to have been able to get an appointment with him. That afternoon Ogden Regional called and scheduled an MRI two days out! After that was taken care of, and my appointment was scheduled for Oct 6 to review the results with Dr Newey. The 6th came and we met and reviewed the results and he explained everything so simply. We agreed that surgery would be the best course of action me. We set the surgery date for Oct 21 so that there would be time for pre-approval from the insurance. My pain increasing got worse over the coming days. I called Dr Newey's office and asked if there was any possible way that the surgery could be moved up a week, she said she'd talk to him and see what we could do. About two hours later, Ogden Regional called and said that my surgery had been moved up a week and that I needed to make sure I had a COVID19 test done that the doctor requested. When all of this was done and day of surgery came, Dr Newey came in and explained the procedure again to my wife and myself, answered the questions we had, he did advise me that I'd be staying over night so the pain could be managed. Today Oct 21 I went in for my Post-op exam and Dr Newey and myself could not be happier with the results. So, in short, all of this was accomplished in under 30 days! I'm so pleased with the work he did, the professional attitude in his office and with his staff. Thank you so much Dr Newey! I will definitely be referring you to friends and family! Dentist didn't give all info to them. Tech brought attention to surgeon. And a CT scan was done. It was critical to my treatment for the best result, and pain level. Was rescheduled quickly to accommodate me vs holiday week. So impressed with genuine caring and professional support and advice. Coming from a medical profession that always isn't the most one on one caring, it means a lot. Plus the little touches of a soup bowl with chicken noodle soup. Dr Newey is the best, most caring and gentle oral surgeon or any dentist I’ve ever been to for tooth removal. I highly recommend him and always refer him to anyone who mentions needing any teeth removed. I’m so grateful that he was chosen to remove my grandsons wisdom teeth. This isn't our first visit with Dr. Newey doing wisdom teeth extractions, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Dr. Newey and his WHOLE staff are an amazing team. From the first phone call to get the ball rolling to your recovery care, they just make everything a breeze. We've really appreciated the care and love that the whole team shows. Wow. Super unprofessional. I went in for my consult, everything was great. Had my husband call to schedule my surgery appointment. Because we needed to talk about getting the money together for the surgery. I never hear from them at all. Went in day of surgery they didn't have me down. But they will fit me in, well ok. (I offered 3 times to reschedule), had some questions but they asked me to wait until I was back in room. They refused to let my husband come back with me. Then took me to a dirty used surgical room. The nurse was answering my questions about how a biopsy works when Dr. Newey came up behind me and started snarling at me that I didn't make an appointment and I said my husband did he then yelled at me that I hadn't done it right and if I had there wouldn't be a mixup. So I said ok I'm done and he screamed at me while I was leaving..... good then leave!!!. I will never recommend his office. He's abusive. Wow. Super unprofessional. Very honest and upfront about the procedure and costs along with possible issues that could arise. Felt very good about this office and all of the staff! They reassured us that if any issues happen after hours, calls will be answered and help will be available. They are the best! Already recommending them!

What an experience. The staff is the best, friendly, accommodating and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Newey was so nice, he explained what was going to happen and even put the IV line in himself. There was no way I was going to be awake for this extraction since he might have to dig the tooth out. I love that he didn’t waste any time getting started and just injected the meds to put me asleep so I didn’t fret waiting for things to begin. He told me I’d start feeling happy...Cute lol I woke up not feeling beaten up. He did what he had to do without tearing my mouth up and I appreciate that! They even sent me home with a small gift basket that contained a can of chicken noodle soup and a good sized soup bowl! How awesome is that?! Plus a tray with a new tooth brush, floss and toothpaste.
