Mark Thomas Malone

I only recently learned Dr. Malone owned Advance Pain Care. I have seen his name on paperwork. I have never or met Dr. Malone in person.

After many opinions from several experts in the field of chronic pain and a rare spinal cord disease, I went back after a year of major frustration, depression, and anxiety to Dr. Malone and Dr. Harper for another look at everything. Unlike the neurologist I've been seeing for over a year, they did not dismiss my symptoms and actually listened to me. They are compassionate and don't make you feel like your symptoms aren't real. Awaiting a full spine and brain MRI they ordered with no hesitation. They really made me feel at ease, and I know they are determined to get to the bottom of my complex situation. They really care and I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you are needing doctors who truly listen. They told me they we get me back to having a better quality of life, and I believe they are determined to do this. Highly recommend. I have been with other pain management practices in this area before Advanced Pain and I FINALLY feel as if I have found a home. I came in as a new patient and felt they actually listened to me and were very compassionate. It was so nice to feel like someone cared and saw me as a person instead of just another dollar sign. His staff are all amazing and friendly. The onsite pharmacy is incredibly convenient ...they even offer pet meds!! We discussed a spinal cord stimulator for my back which has been the biggest source of my pain for 21 years. I was unsure at first but then they said Dr Malone HAS ONE!! Now thats true empathy! Dr. Mark Malone and his staff are exceptional. I recently called them about my back pain which was getting worse and worse. He recommended a Spinal Cord Stimulator. After the trial, I must say it greatly improved my quality of life. I’m thankful he took the time to listen to me. I recommend if you’re having pain to go see him. The staff are mostly brain dead imbaceles and the switchboard never answer the phone, staff do not return calls, would advise not using this practice
