Wow. The medical staff here is terrible. I just tried to become a new patient there and so many red flags right away. The lady tried to tell me it's against HIPPA for them to see if you're in-network or not. Don't go here!!!! You will be worse off. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

Dr Hutchens is a friendly, well informed doctor. Had to drop 5 stars to even out the review cuz some ill informed woman gave u a 1 star.

Save yourself some time and do not go to this office. The staff is horrible. I am a Medical Assistant and I do not write reviews on my fellow MA's but this office is soooooooo bad I couldn't help myself because they make us all look bad. 15 years working in this field doing exactly what they do and I just can't wrap my mind around how bad this clinical staff is. Hutchens has been my doctor for 2 years now and he’s the best I’ve ever had! Always super patient and provides quality care. His entire team is super helpful and always helps even if I’m not able to come in for a visit. Definitely recommend

I have been a patient with Dr. Hutchinson for 7 years now!!! As a chronically ill adult, I have seen a lot of doctors and been to a lot of practices. This one is BY far the best I've ever been to. The whole staff is amazing, they are always welcoming and Dr. Hitchens is always kind, understanding and amazing.

This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative google review which is a big deal to me because I own a business and know how bias they can be. I’ve always passed on the opportunity to leave a review because I know many people view these comments as bias. What Dr. Hutchens and his nurse Andrea did on 9/25/19 were so unprofessional and downright dangerous that I felt I had to warn others. On 9/23 I called the office to get a refill on my medication. I was told no problem and that it would go through. I received a text from CVS that my prescription was denied by my Dr. Before I could I call I got an update saying it was filled. I flew back home on 9/24 and took my last pill, knowing I would re-fill that night. When I went to pick up my prescription I was handed the wrong one(which in itself is crazy) and was told my other medication hadn’t been called in. I began to worry because I was now out of the needed medication and knew If I didn’t get a refill I would be at risk of a seizure which the doctor knew. I called again on 9/25 at 9 am to re-fill and the nurse assured me that it would be filled. I called again and the nurse told me that she was confused of why I was re-filling early. She said I had picked up on 9/5 and that it had not been 30 days. I’m not sure if she was new or just didn’t read the label but it clearly stated 30 pills-2x a day. I’m sure you can do the math but I was actually overdue for my meds. This whole fiasco was interesting to me because I have been with Dr. Hutchens for going on 4 years and have never had an issue. He actually encouraged me to take the medication and even suggested upping my dose at times. I called again at 3pm because I started to worry and because I was going through withdrawal symptoms. The operator handed the phone off to another nurse who I have never spoken too even though she told me numerous times that day that Andrea would call me back. The new nurse simply told me that he had denied it because I was too early. The label on my medication and CVS seem to disagree. At this point I had to rush and find a doctor that would take me in at such a late time. Luckily I found a doctor who was willing to help and understood my frustration. Dr. Hutchens and his staff are simply not good. They lack in communication and are willing to let a patient have a potential seizure simply because they cannot read a label or choose not too. If you are reading this, please just do yourself a favor and find a better GP. Dr. Hutchens spends no more than 1 minute with you and his nurses have no problem ignoring your requests. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board and nurses board. The last reviewer stole my words exactly. Dr. Hutchens is a great, ‘no nonsense’ doctor whose expertise in sports medicine is a boon for someone who lives a very physical life and needs care for sports injuries. I once opted for a cortisone shot after he laid out the pros and cons. He lets you make your own choices and never pushes unnecessary procedures, and I like that. He definitely cares and has ‘doctorly’ good humor about it! The last reviewer stole my words exactly. Dr. Hutchens is nice, to the point no nonsense type of Dctor, He always is professional . I am not a person who likes going to the doctor but he makes it bearable.

Been a while since I've found a doctor that couldn't care less. Don't even think he listened as I explained the problems I have been dealing with. The whole encounter was awkward. Patient beware -- don't waste your time.
