I am always greeted with smiles from the staff and Dr Cooper. Even through I was battling with my anxiety to having the surgery done sooner than later. When the time did come, I was confident and at ease with Dr Cooper doing the procedure. I am doing good and not fatigue. Thank you Dr Cooper and staff.

Lacking bedside manner and does not inquire or reading notes taken by nurse on symptoms. Long wait not more than 10 minutes exam

I had been sick for almost 3 years and my symptoms of Afib gradually become worse and worse. Yet, I had never ever been diagnosed with the condition. I did not have any idea of what the condition was. I had seen by 2 other cardiologists and had been treated at the emergency room on 2 different occasions and no one caught the condition. My body had literally given out when I was referred to Dr. Cooper. My primary care doctor had exhausted all options when she referred me to him for care. Even at the time, I honestly felt I would be turned away again with no help. I was shocked and afraid to learn that I needed to have an atrial flutter ablation. Dr. Cooper scheduled me for the procedure 2 weeks later. I am 6weeks post surgery and I am so happy to have my life back. If you are wanting a cardiologist who will spend time with you and listen look no further! My mother in law was very ill and Dr. Cooper got to the bottom of her issues and referred her to the doctor she needed. Even calling the doctors himself!

My mom needed a pacemaker and her doctor recommened Dr Cooper. We are so glad he did. She has received excellent care from Dr Cooper.She has many years of experience with heart issues, but a pacemaker was new. And we were anxious and needed someone who would explain what to expect. He has a pacemaker to show and takes his time to tell how it works and what to expect. The surgery went well, he has been doing this for several years. My mom feels much better., her pulse doesn't fall below 60 now. His office has super easy parking, so many doctors offices are hard to get to. First appt, we arrived and he didn't show up. 2nd appt we arrived to wait over 3 hours for him to tell me he was on vacation for our first appt (staff told me he was sick). My daughter was crying because she missed her summer program for the evening. He came in the room and I told him how upset we both were, he said 'I wasn't even supposed to work the clinic all day', I replied that he had 5 walkouts that should've allowed some time and to leave a patient for over 3 hours in a room is unacceptable! He then told me that he was terminating his residency with the hospital at the end of the month. Really?? Like that's my business. He looked over the chart and said ''I had ordered an X-ray, but they didn't do one, so I'm not going to worry with it', he continued with she has probably always had this deviation and always will. The nurses that work for him are the only positive thing this Dr has going for him, from our experience.

The Dr didn't show up for the appt, nor did he have anyone notify us before we drove an hour and 15 minutes. Then we get rescheduled for aTuesday at 215. We were told at sign in that he was running a little behind. After a 3 hour wait I asked the nurse when will we be seen? She said we were next, they have had "so many walkouts today".A half hour is running behind, today was rude, unprofessional, and inexcusable. The is the best thing about this place.
