Professional, great demeanor. Did. It rush us. Very thoughtful and patient clinician.

I would agree with the previous reviewer that Dr Gorman doesn’t care to be questioned and has a poor bedside manner. Way more than that, though, we were counting on him for answers and next steps for our daughter who is deteriorating before our eyes. He cherry picked symptoms, ignored numerous other documented symptoms, asked her leading questions, and concluded her symptoms were from .... exposure to TikTok. You read that correctly. Parents with kids whose conditions stemmed from an infection should take extreme care as Boston Childrens hasn’t evolved from the Justine Pelitier days at all. Please look that up if you don’t know what I am referring to. Man we’re we hoping Dr Gorman was different and time had changed things.

Absolutely amazing we have been seeing him for well over a year ! My son didn’t fit into a regular box but he didn’t hesitate to run the appropriate tests until we had a diagnosis. He takes the time to follow up with us personally ! Like what providers do that nowadays ? We love BCH . We can’t thank Dr Gorman enough for finding out what was wrong with my son

Dr. Mark Gorman saved our daughters life. When all the other physicians had no clue they told us that it was up to us the parents to get the help she needed. I found Dr. Gorman, he took on the challenge of finding a therapy for child who could not be diagnosed. Because of his persistence and great level of care our child is now a healthy adult who graduated college last year. Dr. Mark Gorman saved our daughters life. Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Gorman! He lets his ego get in the way of taking care of his patients, thus affecting his decision making and patient care abilities! He does not like to be questioned! Worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever encountered. He is more worried about saving the hospital money than finding a diagnosis for your child. Would be an ok physician if your child’s issues fit in side the box of everyday things he sees, but once the issues are outside of the box, he is not the physician for you. Boston Children’s Hospital it’s self is a great place! The staff (nurses and support staff) are amazing!! Boston Children’s Hospital should seriously reflect on there decision to keep him on staff if they want to continue to be portrayed as being number 1 in neurology.
