Dr. Mark T Gabr

Dr. Gabr has taken great care of my husband since day one. He's been easy to schedule. He's personable and explains the process and results of the sleep studies well. My husband would highly recommend going to Dr. Gabr.

My husband got billed for a service that was never provided. Staff is unprofessional and not willing to listen to their patients needs. I had to select one star in order to post this note; otherwise it would be a 0.

This is the rudest least caring doctor I’ve ever seen. His staff does all the work and he collects all the fees. He sabotaged my ability to get reimbursed by Medicare. Avoid him at all costs.

I had a sleep study along with a nap study back in 2014. Mind you medical marijuana was legalized then. I have chronic fractures in my spine and had my card instead of taking opioids. I was never told anything about prep for my study how was I supposed to know to obtain from my medicine? Everything came back normal he said. Well I stopped using medical marijuana in 2017 and got into a good neurosurgeon who has taken care of my back pain without use of opioids still. I have had severe debilitating fatigue that has gone on for 6-7 years now and has only gotten worse. I’ve fallen asleep while driving,cooking,talking,etc. This has impacted my life to the point I am ashamed and embarrassed to leave my house. I was once again referred back to dr. Gabr for another sleep study this year in 2020. So this second one was done 6 years later. He said it’s not sleep apnea it’s normal and he doesn’t know what I want him to do because he did my last study and found marijuana in my system. He said I don’t know what you are using now or what you have in your system but I don’t know what to do for you. My primary care was very upset. He said dr gabr was focused on sleep apnea and marijuana and not looking at the actual facts. He sent me in for a second opinion. They reviewed my sleep study from dr. Gabr office and immediately called me back recommending an mslt nap study. My sleep scores were negative for sleep apnea but my other scores suggests narcolepsy. I was so appalled at how I was treated in this clinic. Not only was I treated like a drug addict but was also never told to bring my own pillow the beds were horrible the sleep tech was super nice though. Dr Gabr is although very professional and may not react to my humor is still cool in my book and heck I seen a lot of different doctors in my 30 yrs. Even though I had a small incident preparing for the the study at least now I know I have sensitive skin hahahaha 2 thumbs up for Dr Gabr

My husband's sleep study was administered very poorly. The technician didn't seem to know what he was doing and my husband didn't end up sleeping until 3 hours into the study. He didn't sleep well and was never offered a sleep aid as many other people I have talked to were. (not patients of Dr, Marc) So after his sleep study, the doctor met with my husband and I and told my husband that he wanted to do the sleep study again. I asked him if it would be covered under the cost of the one that my husband had just done and he said it wouldn't. Sorry....there's no way that the errors of a technician justify another $1200 or more for a sleep study. I would not recommend this doctor and his technical staff. Dr's sleep staff in the was wonderful night study day study great job. His front and back office staff incredibly difficult rude unorganized and they over bill their patients. He was not personal cold and unconcerned about the care of his patients. His nurse for back office needs to be disciplined for the way she talks to patients. Had two sleep studies with Dr. Gabr's staff. Outstanding service.

I have been seeing Dr. Gabr for 6 years. After reading the previous review, I felt that it was necessary to set things straight. I have had nothing but great experiences with both Dr Gabr and all of his staff. Every time my insurance changes I end up with hassles getting my prescriptions covered. It has never taken more than one call to the office and they take care of it every time. Dr. Gabr has always been pleasant to deal with. He seems genuinely concerned with my health and the health of my family. He has always been very helpful, and answered any questions that I had for him. The appointments never seem rushed, the Dr. make you fell like you and your health are of the upmost importance. Don't let one angry person sway you away from a great Dr.. From my overnight sleep-study, to my now very restful nights sleep, Willamette Sleep Center has been wonderful and provided to me a very rewarding and personable experience. The staff is second to none, and Dr. Gabr provided me with a no nonsense and practical approach to tackle my sleep issues. I'm a blue-collar guy, normally uncomfortable in a doctor's office... but this was one of the best things I've ever done. My health and well being has turned 180° around. I like a doctor that is straight up with you. He tells you what you need. If you have any problems with the CPAP equipment he works with you to optimize it or change it as needed. He helps you fine tune. He is a bit dry but truly a good guy. I recommend him highly
