Went in for a simple cleaning and to get more information on getting a tooth replacement Without my knowledge or permission! he performed a Full debridement cleaning whwn i thought it was just a simple cleaning and then charged me over 1k after insurance left me having to pay $640 to have my teeth cleaned WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! My fiance went there with no mouth pain and he told her she needed fillings. Then he shoved a needle all the way into her gums after getting mad at her that the meds weren't working like he wanted. She came home numb for the rest of the day nearly. When she could feel again she was in tears from pain and not able to open her mouth for over a week after. She can't chew on her left side. I'm furious he drilled on her after she protested to stop! No way were our kids coming beck to have any teeth pulled. This doctor should not have a license! Not to be trusted for the simplest of treatments. He does not care about the well being of his patients, but rather how much money he can make from each one. What a horrible human being. Ask what the community thinks about him.

I went to have 2 teath pulled. He pulled and I came back to have cleaned and still hurting after a month and a half. He was going to give me partial but,going somewhere else....

Do not recommend him for an extraction. He did not numb me properly and I was screaming, literally screaming loudly, and he did nothing. Didn't say a word.I walked out crying from the pain. He's not friendly,kinda arrogant,never introduced himself as I was a new patient. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!!

He told me,my mom, and my sister that we needed fillings in basically every tooth and not at least half of my fillings are falling out and my teeth are breaking where the fillings are out

Dr. Flanagan is very reasonable and does a super duper job in detail. He and the staff are very welcoming and friendly always. I have been seeing him for over 15 years. In fact have my dental exam just this week. Keep up the great work.

My first visit to this office was an emergency evaluation. The staff was very thorough and explained everything. My 2nd visit was for 2 extractions of the troublesome wisdom teeth causing the issues. Absolutely no pain or issues during or after the extractions. 3rd visit was yesterday for a filling and crown. No pain or issues yet again. Highly recommend this dental office! Hes been a good dentist to my family and I for over 6yrs.

I love the whole staff. I am terrified of dentists and have had nothing but bad experiences. But Dr Flanagan never made me feel embarrased for my bad teeth. And did everything to give me a beautiful smile. And his staff are amazing!

Do not trust this person. If you value the health of your teeth, you will not go here. He also does not care about your personal fears about going to the dentist and will not bother to explain what and why he intends to do certain procedures. He wanted to pull a perfectly healthy tooth of mine since he felt I didn't use it and it would make it easier to keep the one next to it clean. That was the best explanation he would give. He also told me I had the beginnings of cavities, but could not show me where or how many. He drilled out ALL of my molars that have hurt and ached since. It has been three months. When I went to him, it was just for a cleaning and I had never had tooth pain. Now after I trusted him, I always have pain. I wish I had asked around before going to see him. I have always liked going to the dentist. I know that's not the norm. Now I stress over my teeth every day and worry about the future of my teeth and understand the great fear so many people have of going .

He drilled out the center of every one of my back teeth and couldn't show me on my xray any cavities or tell me how many there were I believe this was only done to collect insurance money and I didn't need any work done. Excellent service. 2 fillings done in less than 1 hour with no pain and high degree of professionalism. Highly recommend
