Dr. Feist took my son's issue seriously and got us in right away to see what was going on. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure to answer our questions. He went above and beyond to help our little guy.

Dr. Fiest is amazing!! He is so kind and listens to everything you have to say! He doesn’t rush through appointments and he explains everything very well! The receptionist got us in very quick and were so nice! We will definitely go back if we have any other gastro problems!

If you care about your privacy or your children's privacy don't waist your time here. They only draw a line with an ink pen through all children's names when you sign in. The Receptionist was on the phone when we came in and showed all my child's information to "verify" to some random lady in the weighting room!! The doctor is even worse Mark Feist diagnosed my daughter after doing a colonoscopy with IBS and gluten intolerance. When we go back for the follow up visit we see a resident. Very nice very thorough! He told me to see our primary doctor about intracranial pressure. Due to her eyes not tracking properly and the complaint of headaches and vision changes. The doctor came in and immediately started in with my daughter needed an MRI to check for a possible brain tumor!! He said this in front of my 15 year old daughter who has been very sick for months now. He was not concerned at all that she has lost over 15 pounds in 8 weeks or that she throws up every day and is only able to take in 600-800 calories per day!! All he wanted to do was more invasive expensive test's instead of helping us with keeping food down!! Why would you not try and help my child? He is only consumed with ordering invasive, expensive test that make no sense. He is Obviously only in the Buisness for the kickbacks and perks of billing for unnecessary test!! Dr Feist and his office took very good care of my daughter & did all the tests neccessary to help us. They treated us with dignity & listened to her. I would recommend him! The hospital was also amazing!

If you care about your basic HIPAA rights or laws then go somewhere else. The receptionist showed all my minor child info to a random person thinking it was us. He tells me to see PCP for pressure in brain? Feist comes in room and immediately says we need MRI to check for Brain tumor! He said this in front of my 15 year old!!

After 5 years of stomach issues, I got online and found Covenant Medical and started work to make an appointment. My son got in to see Dr. Feist within 3 weeks, whereas everywhere else like Dallas and Fort Worth and Houston was going to be around 2-4 months of a wait. Dr. Feist was amazingly kind. He explained what he thought, got a comprehensive medical background, requested records. I expected to go in and find out my son would need blood work and colonoscopy and whatever else. Dr. Feist did none of that. He put my son on a daily regimen of medications and for the first time in his life, my son isn't having stomach issues. I call Dr. Feist's nurse once a week with an update, I leave a detailed message and she takes it right to Dr. Feist. He has adjusted my son's medication twice now (decreasing). His nurse always calls me back same day, or next morning. The staff is great, I had no issues with getting in or asking questions. I highly recommend them. He is by far the best Doctor we've found. He took the time to properly diagnose my little girl and for that I am greatful. Highly recommended him.
