Has very good bedside manners and that goes a long way with patients like myself. When he came in the room he treated me like I was only patient which I knew I wasn’t. He was very concerned about what my issues!

Made an appointment. Showed up. Had a copy of my insurance card on my phone. Lady at the window said she needed the actual insurance card or a fax of the insurance card. Who faxes anymore? She said the doctor could not see me without actually having the insurance card on me...

He was a great dr. Very nice n helpful..will be seeing him again

Long wait, painful process with shots in the bottom of my foot instead of the side like I was told. I left hurting more than when I arrived.

He prescribed a medication which was NOT to be taken when a gout episode was happening!!

I had to take my grandfather there because he was a diabetic and we had a great experience. We felt as if we were home. His team of medical assistants were nice and made setting up an appointment quick and easy. Dr. Ellis answered all of our questions that we were concerned about. He took more than enough time to make sure that we understood what was going on. The wait wasn't long at all, and he treated us with respect. Not to many doctors do what Dr. Ellis does when going the extra mile for his patients. And we will be coming back.
