Dr. Mark Francis Duvernois

I found this wonderful oral surgeon after being referred to other oral surgeons here in El Paso and I must say that even though I was in excruciating pain, I KNEW the other surgeons that I was referred to was not the surgeon for me. From the time I walked into the two offices I felt worse exiting the office. With Dr. Duvernois, I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE the consultation. He’s such a great human being with the utmost beyond best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in all my years on this planet. And not only am I a patient of Dr. Duvernois, but I’m also in the medical field and hands down, no physician offices I interned at or worked in could come close to the level of person that Dr. Duvernois is. NONE! Dr. Duvernois has been the key to making me feel apart of El Paso since relocating here from Georgia due to military affiliation. Due to a horrid experience being awake during extractions, I avoided the dentist for years. Bad idea! But today I had several teeth taken out of my mouth and I did not feel a thing. THANK YOU DR. D! Thank you for explaining exactly what’s to be expected after several extractions. Thank you for explaining to my husband as well as myself because my husband was more nervous for me possibly experiencing so much pain post op and you were wonderful in explaining all of that. But you alleviated much of those anxieties and got me out of pain and infection safely, and comfortably and for that you will always be in my prayers….. our prayers my children included. IF you are seeking an oral surgeon that listens then Dr. Duvernois is your surgeon. The office is COVID clean, sanitized, just cleaned and organized to perfection! You smell the cleanliness upon slight opening of their front door. Bottom line is…. I entered the office of Dr. Duvernois nearly in tears and I exited his office dry eyed with less pain and hope of my infection now on it’s way from my mouth. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Dr. Duvernois you are sent from a different type of upper power. And ofcourse all of this greatness couldn’t be achieved without the expertise of a very special front desk clerk named Miss Veronica whom helped with all paperwork etc., Miss. Veronica is awesome, caring and most of all personable. I sincerely appreciate her and Dr. Duvernois for being the model oral surgeon office that Iwish ALL ORAL SURGEON offices in El Paso should truly replicate. Myself and my family truly appreciates you. Dr. Duvernois just minutes ago painlessly and professionally extracted two wisdom teeth. From the moment that he walked in the room I knew I was in the hands of a seasoned pro. He painlessly numbed me up, he explained every aspect of the procedure and frequently checked in on my well being. Sounds ludicrous to say this…but…we all seemed to have some fun. professional, great personal service

I just had a second tooth extraction by " Tenacious Dr. D" DuVernois and I could not be more pleased with his skill set or the results. No pain the following day and no complications. I wish I had more rotting teeth in my mouth. I could hang out at his office more often.????

Dr. DuVernois and staff take awesome care of their patients. Front desk is very friendly and if you are in pain they take it seriously. Thank you for taking care of me.

Had an emergency tooth extraction. Staff was outstanding! Doc. Explained what he had to do and got it done. GREAT WORK! Everything was done professional and with regards to my needs.

Our 7 year old son had oral surgery, Dr DuVernois allowed us to comfort our son before the procedure began. My son is no longer afraid to see a Dentist because of his wonderful experience.- Jose Amezcua

We've been waiting 20 minutes for them to open the door, 20 minutes passed their "opening time" and scheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional and no respect for peoples time.

My daughter was in for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal. this offices still MAILS in the request for a quote from the insurance agencies instead of going online or making a call. This delays removal for months unless you want to pay out of pocket. They need to catch up to 2019.

Dr. DuVernois is a skilled oral surgeon. He is caring and takes the time to explain all options. He wrote a letter to MetLife which helped convince them I needed sedation for the procedure. I’m gonna take the time to write a review because the first time that I was referred to this doctor I didn’t want to come due of all of these google reviews and the lower starts that he had. Instead I went to High Desert, they charge you 205 dollars just for consultation, on top of that I noticed that they are very disorganized and when the doctor came in, he didn’t take the time to answer all my questions. Even though I waited for 2 hours, he gave me just 3 min. With all in my mind and being completely nervous I decided to give it a try and come to Dr. DuVernois and let me tell you that this is my second week after the oral surgery and I’m so grateful that I took the time to go to his office. He answered all my questions, he explained all the possible outcomes after surgery and he gave me the security that I was looking for. He gave me his cellphone number in case I have any questions after the surgery. My husband called him twice and he answered both calls and was very helpful. 4 office visits and each deserving of a 5 star rating. Dr. DuVernois and his staff (Veronica, Randy, and Silvia) are all very professional and courteous. Minimal wait time, fantastic chair side manners, and Dr. contact information for immediate response in the event of an emergency. I just schedule an appointment and the clerk Amanda was rude to me on the phone I understand they are busy but if you are going to put somebody on hold don't say can i put you on hold and before I could say yes i heard the song then she asked me name and what it is that i needed.
