Very poor experience with this man. Do not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience as Dr. Brzezienski’s patient and I highly recommend him to all! From consultation to final check up I was treated with the utmost respect. The entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for and I am thrilled with my results! If you are looking for a skilled, confident surgeon Dr. Brzezienski is the best!

Dr. Brzezienski, had the absolute worst bedside manners I have ever seen. I am a nurse and had just received the news that I had breast cancer and would have an amputation. I went to him for a consult, and was in tears from his words before even leaving his office. He may be a good surgeon, but he is a horrible human being. I would definitely not recommend him for anything!

Hey this man took my hand after a gunshot wound TOTALLY DESTROYED IT AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB OF SAVING MY HAND AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB OF DOING RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY KIND OF SURGERY…. Dr. Mark Brzezienski went above and beyond for me. I have wanted a breast augmentation for a very long time and finally decided to book some consultations to some different plastic surgeons in The Chattanooga area. The first person I went to had told me that I had Poland syndrome which is a birth defect that causes asymmetry on one side of the body. They told me i had little to no pectoral muscle on my right side which would make it difficult to give me the results I wanted. I left in tears. I decided to go see Dr. Brzezienski because I had seen where he was well known for his breast reconstruction. Well going into the appointment I was so anxious, I’m pretty sure everyone there could tell I had very little optimism going into this appointment. When he entered the room and I spoke with him about what I was told he immediately examined me and told me I didn’t not have Poland syndrome. He then helped me regain confidence, and was able give me exactly what I wanted. I cannot thank him enough for everything he’s done for me. He really is a wonderful doctor who doesn’t sugar coat anything. He tells you up front the good the bad and the ugly. And that’s what I think is important. Hey truly is an amazing surgeon. I’ve been a patient of Dr. B’s since 2002. For the last 19 years he has subtly improved my appearance without making drastic, noticeable changes. I have the utmost confidence in his skill as a surgeon and his honesty as a care-giver. His office staff is warm and welcoming but thoroughly professional. I found Dr Brzezienski to be very professional and caring. Staff wad very friendly and professional!

Pitiful I asked the doctor for the pros and cons of BodyTite on my stomach. He gave nothing but raves. No cons. After reading about the procedure, I found out it only lasts for up to 12 months. Serious negative for a $5000+ procedure! I called to ask about that rather important fact and Caitlyn, his assistant, said she didn’t know anything about that but would ask the doctor and call me back. Never heard from her. Beware!!!!

Dr. Brezinski is an amazing plastic surgeon. His skill, compassion and abilities far surpasses any other plastic surgeon in the Chattanooga area. This doctor botched my wife’s reconstruction. Worst of it was he botched the non cancer side of the job. She had multiple surgeries and I think 16 month period of time then he gave up, find another reconstruction surgeon cause he is not the one

Dr Brezenski did my breast reconstruction 14 years ago and I could not be more pleased. I thought he had a great bedside manner, but let’s be honest, does it really matter if his work is amazing?! Our overall experience was 10 stars!

I cannot say enough good about Dr Brzezienski and his office staff in both locations. Dr Brzienski is a straight shooter. His knowledge of his specialty and his bedside manner is far above the other plastic surgeons that I had previously met with for my double mastectomy and reconstruction. I had my mommy makeover at least 10 years ago and I could not be more pleased!! He talked me out of implants. He made my bellybutton look so natural. He in my opinion is the best in town. You cannot see any of my scars. I just wanted to put my experience out there. I am another very happy patient. Cannot say enough good about him and his staff. My surgery went as smoothly as expected. I had a horrible experience seeing him for reconstruction after breast cancer.

Worst experience EVER! Refused to fix a botched procedure and was not compassionate or helpful in any way. Had to seek the help of another plastic surgeon to fix the mess he left me with. Save your money and time and read reviews!!!

My mom got botched because of him. My mom has stage 4 breast cancer and it got worse because of him. She had multiple surgeries because of him.

This doctor is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He did a carpal tunnel release on me. It was horrible. My hand was not completely numb and I felt everything he did. I told him I can feel that. He just continued on like I wasn't even in the room. I was not given any kind of meds for relaxation. I thought I was going to pass out on the table and shook the whole time he did the surgery. At the return visit he could only talk about his own carpal tunnel release. Sent me back to work in 3 days and I could even use my hand. I ended up going to another physician and being sent to physical therapy. Stay away from this careless, egotistical, self absorbed arrogant person.

Dr. B is the best! I travel almost 3 hours to see him for reconstruction due to breast cancer. All these people complaining, any time you have surgery, risk of infection is there. He treats his patients with respect and truly cares.

I went to see this doctor for wrist pain substantial enough that it has impacted my daily life- it was not a good experience. I do not feel that my concerns were taken seriously and he didn't give me the time of day. I feel used and taken advantage of after going to his office. He was very dismissive. At the end of the VERY short appointment I was told there was nothing structurally wrong with my wrist so he was unable to do anything else for me. I'm not sure if he did not take my pain seriously or just didn't care but I was told there was nothing he could do and that was it. When I inquired about seeing anyone else or seeing a physical therapist to ease the pain he said, "I don't know what a physical therapist would do because I don't even have a diagnosis to give you." I urge you to find another doctor.

I'm seeing Dr. James White with Advanced Surgical Concepts to correct the errors of Dr. Brzezienski. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Brzezienski! Couldn't say enough wonderful things about him! All around just a great doctor!

I saw Dr. B for a breast reduction. After the surgery I found myself back in the hospital with an infection within 1 week. Temp 102-103 and LARGE amount of drainage coming from my breast. I eviscerated on both breast. He never acknowledge that I had an infection even though cultures came back positive. He said it was viral. He was so arrogant. My nipples are still uneven and have horrible scarring. Stay away from this doc at all cost.

Very bad exp with this man . It’s been 5 months went in for breast life, reduction and new implants. Came out looking like I’m 14 . My breast are so awful he screwed them up so bad I can’t even find a bra I have to wear only sports bras. I’m flat chested. Even the scaring is still bad. Supposed to have been a Med C. He is rude, does let u talk

My experience with Dr. Brzezienski and the Hayes Hand Center was not a good one. The billing office was difficult to work with, the surgery scheduler got it wrong (scheduled me for bilateral surgery when it was actually only one hand), the results poor. I was in agony post-op, needed therapy for a couple of months and worst of all, 18 months later my carpal tunnel and trigger finger problems are worse than ever. Felt like a number, not a person.

Dr. B is awesome . I'm very happy with my bilateral mastectomy reconstruction. He has always had a great bedside manner and always listens to my concerns. Allie and the whole staff are great . I just couldn't ask for better DR and staff.

I am very satisfied with my bilateral mastectomy reconstruction.It is a LONG process. You have to be patient and follow his instructions. That's the hardest thing to realize when it comes to reconstruction. I would highly recommend Dr. Brzezienski to family and friends. Does have bed side manners, friendly And very professional! The reason for the BMI is if you lose weight after the implant it will change the looks totally! So I was patient and listened to the Dr. And lost some weight!

Cold, arrogant during one of the worse times of a woman's life. I was told that he was one of the best but I ended up with a botched reconstruction and am still struggling with the results. My fight with breast cancer destroyed me financially, even with insurance, but I am hoping someday to be able to have the botched reconstruction corrected.

I couldn't have asked for a better plastic surgeon for my mastectomy reconstruction. He's honest and kind, and always left me with a smile when I was done with appointments. Reconstruction can be a long road, but Dr. B goes above and beyond for his patients. He answered all my questions and concerns and I could always get an immediate appointment if I needed to come in to see him for an unscheduled visit. I would recommend him to anyone who was going through this process.

I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. You are a job to him not a person. My experience with him was horrible. I used him for a bilateral reconstruction. There were mistakes made that ended up causing me a lot of pain and suffering. I now have two breasts that look completely different. At one time during nipple reconstruction he did a repair on an incision that was needed due to a stopped up drainage tube. I was not put to sleep and I could feel everything.

Overall my experience with Dr. Brzezienski was very positive. I am glad that he performed the reconstruction portion of my bilateral mastectomy. I feel that he handled my medical needs in a professional manner. I was very anxious and he was a calming and cheerful presence. I had no issues with healing.I followed his directions. Bad bedside manor is horibale don't like working on any one with a bmi of 30 or more. Capable of awsome work if your skinny. Breast cancer woman stay a way.
