This doctor knows his stuff. My daughter has seen her pediatrician, (who did thankfully recomend this nephrologist) a urologist, and a local (non-pediatric ) nephrologist. All of whom couldn't come up with anything. Literally no answers offered at all. Dr. Benfield knew exactly what was up. His office staff was nice and accommodating. They tracked down all the information from the other doctors she had seen, literally while we were being seen. (This is due to those other doctor offices ineptitude after information was requested far in advance.) The nurses were very nice and asked lots of questions as they pertained to family history and her issues. Dr. Benfield then came in and did a physical checkup and ultrasound of everything. He spent time giving us answers for all her issues. He gave us a plan..actually written out for us. He acted concerned and took time with us to explain everything. He even scheduled a telehealth appointment himself right in the room with us. (We are from out of town.) He also has a back up plan if the treatment plan he have us didn't work. After the months of pain and being passed doctor to doctor, you can imagine the relief for both me and my child. It's hard to see your child in constant pain. Dr. Benfield is knowledgeable and has much experience in dealing with teenage hypertension patients. He listens and answers all questions patiently. His manner is kind and reassuring. My teenage daughter felt very comfortable with him. Highly recommend.

Dr. Benfield has been great with our medical care and has a great personality that makes kids feel comfortable too. Highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Dr Benfield and his staff. He listens, understands and explains everything very well. He was a breath of fresh air after my son went thru a traumatic experience with his kidney getting lacerated. The other Drs at another clinic we were seeing explained nothing and never exactly answered our questions, were not thorough like Dr. Benfield. Dr. Benfield is absolutely amazing with my son! He takes the time to listen, get on the child’s level, to care for him and/or address his health needs, with the perfect balance of fun and seriousness. He is truly compassionate about his patients, and this mother could not be happier.

We liked Dr Benfield. His office staff is another story. They are uncaring and clearly not concerned about the health and well-being of their patients. My dog gets better treatment by her doctor and staff! It was truly an eye opening experience the way my daughter was treated by Amy and the other staff. They should be ashamed! I would not recommend them to anyone!

Dr Benfield is absolutely amazing with my son! We could not be happier with the services he provides. He has the perfect personality working with children and truly compassionate about his patients.

Dr Benfield took care of my son after his first transplant. My son name was Blake Tidwell. He had his second transplant at twelve and Dr Benfield was taking care of him then. He took care of him til he was 19 years old. He 28 now ,very healthy with no problems We will always remember Dr Benfield as a great doctoreith a beautiful heart and love for his patients

Everyone was super friendly & informative.

My child love the new Doc she said she don't want to see a new doctor... Thank God cause my child was always cryin with doctor Tenney.

We are so thankful to have Dr. Benfield as our sons doctor. He takes his time to make sure we understand every diagnoses. He talks and treats us like a human, not just a paycheck. I would recommend Dr. Benfield. Bedside manner is an A+++. Wish he could be my physician or at least my son's doctor of all things. I have not meant a better doctor. I can't say enough about Dr. Benfield. He's exceptional. Thanks for all you do Dr. Benefield.

His office personel were rude and very disrespectful on the phone, and hung up on my retired husband though they said that he lost reception which has never happened with verizon in our livingroom. I called and cancled an appointment two days before and Falicia did not report it and then they charged us a late fee when we were out of state with a sick relative. The sad part is Dr. Benfield is a nice doctor but If you are from Ft. Benning area I would go to any other office so you do not have to deal with the office manager and Falicia over the phone. Falicia was rude, spoke over me, and talked down to me. NOT professional at all. I did not deserve the attitude that she gave me when I tried to reschedule the Montgomery apointment and she said that because of canceling I had to go to the Bermingham office instead and could not even go to Montgomery anymore. They did not even send all the correct orders for tests that were needed for my son to begin with. I will make sure that all of Ft Benning knows that Dr. Benfield's office staff were beyond anything that in the 20+ years of dealing with tricare approved doctors that ti have had to deal with. They were the worst that i have had to deal with over a $25.00 bill. I would hope that Dr. Benfield would not approve of prople being talked to with such disrespect and attitude.
