No. Dr. Sackler was fine until you needed a doctor. My husband learned more about RA from a thirty minute visit with his new doctor than he did in the almost 20 years with Dr. Sackler.

Have been seeing Dr Sackler for over 5yrs and she is the most caring dr I’ve ever had !! She will spend as much time needed to address my symptoms. I do see her at the Richerson office, like this office better than the Dallas location.. Her nurse Kelly is amazing and always returns my calls and the front office receptionist Stephanie does a terrific job scheduling. The whole office wks together as a team caring for their patience’s and I appreciate them for my life w/Rheumatoid arthritis and Fibro is very difficult to deal with, it’s been a life changer.

After waiting over 2 months for an appointment I receive a call the afternoon before canceling due to purported illness. Worse, after this wait no effort was made to get me in at a reasonable time insisting on another 4 to 6 week wait. Other reviewers indicate great Doctor, poor staff and many problems with appointments. I had such hope that this Doctor could help my condition and such high expectations. Guess I'll keep looking

Zero stars!! Most incompetent office staff ever! Show up for an appointment which I have waited 3 months to get and the doctor is out of the office today. Did no one call you? Took the day off from work. Drove 60 miles for the appointment and the doctor is a no show! Not to mention I called 3 times to try and schedule the appointment and had to leave a message for someone to call me back which they never did! I had to call my primary doctor who recommended this doctor to call Dr. Sackler
