Dr. Rodebaugh was very thorough in explaining blood test results. She drew a diagram to further illustrate a point she was making. She treated me with respect, answered all my questions thoroughly, and even made time in her end-of-day schedule to provide an ultrasound biopsy so I wouldn't have to make another 2-hour trip during the winter weather.

Great experience.

She is very efficient and concise, which I greatly appreciate. If I have a question, she answers it directly. I have confidence in my care with her.

I saw Dr Rodebaugh on Monday October 5th, 2020 for the first time. I found her to be very informed about my history and appreciated her explaining how my condition had changed since records that she found from 2005.

My experience with Dr. Rodebaugh has been phenomenal. While I see her specifically for my Diabetes, she is ALWAYS about treating the whole person. She is caring and concerned (sometimes tough but only when we need it) and has helped me keep my health in line. I greatly appreciate her and her staff.

Telehealth visit was extremely helpful. I uploaded my pump information and Dr. Rodebaugh reviewed it with me and answered my questions thoroughly, as always. My home is in Coeur d'Alene but I work 400 miles distant without transportation. I'm hopeful that a Telehealth-type of appointment can continue long after concerns and restrictions of COVID-19 have passed.

For those who think Dr. Rodebaugh bedside manner is to direct I offer this advice: Dr. Rodebaugh is from the Philippines and this is a part of the Philippine culture. So do not take offense.

Dr. Rodebaugh was very professional and explained in a clear manner what my lab results meant. She put on a low dosage of medicine to start with which I appreciated and did not order a battery of tests which are not needed at this point.

I again was very impressed with Dr Rodebaugh. She answered all my questions, reviews my medications and supplements, and did an ultrasound of my thyroid in the office. She has a refreshingly direct approach without being rude, patiently explains how a couple of thyroid medications work, and only when asked did she tell me which one she would recommend. She also took some notes during her explanations especially on my initial visit a few months ago and gave them to me to explain to my husband.

I have been seeing Dr. Rodebaugh for several years. After seeing several Endocrinologists, including Spokane, she has been able to help me the most. I would highly recommend her clinic to everyone.

Dr. Rodebaugh impresses me as very competent and spends a reasonable amout of time with me when I see her. Sometimes she is quick to leave but is generally fine. I really like their NextGen Patient Portal. I can see all my lab work and the nurse is very responsive.

We live in a small rural town in North Central Idaho so we have to travel a bit for our specialty Doctors. Dr. Rodebaugh and staff keep us coming back because of the care and treatment we receive. Without a doubt, best endocrinologist in the area..

She is very through, checking on details no other endocrinologist I have had ever looked at. She appears to be pushy, but she makes me see things I don't like to look at and take corrective action. She is easy to work with and has helped me keep my A1c where it should be. She helps with the details of my insulin pump that are complex and difficult to understand. I am not easy to please in my older age, but I would not want any other endocrinologist on my medical team. She has an Excellent staff!

I am very satisfied with her I feel she understands my issues and addresses them well. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.
