First of all you could tell she was in a bad mood when she entered the room. She was very unprofessional and rude. She was condescending and nasty. She will not believe what your child is telling her. She will make you feel like you shouldn't even be in her office. If your child weighs more than what she believes they should weigh she will also recommend you to take your child to a dietitian. Very RUDE. In my opinion she should not be working with children. My son was exclusively breastfed and developed cows milk protein allergy through my milk. She immediatly told me I had no option other than formula, and told me to continue feeding him Alimentum even after a clear obvious allergic reaction that was more sever than anything he experienced through breastmilk. Our pediatrician agreed breast milk was still what was best and referred us to University of Kentucky pediatric GI. They helped us eliminate his additional allergies from my diet (eggs and peanuts), and at 16 months we are still nursing. I highly recommend moms who want to continue to breastfeed to go to University of Kentucky instead!!!!!

Our pediatrician also agreed formula was not the best thing, and she sent us the University of Kentucky pediatric GI.
