I had messaged through their link in text to have my consultation appointment rescheduled but did not set a new date. Received an appointment reminder today for an appt tomorrow at the Greeneville location with no specific time. Called to explain the situation and have the appointment rescheduled due to lack of notice. The receptionist was extremely rude, and even after telling her I requested to reschedule through the link, made it a point to tell me that I no called no showed and if I don’t “show up for the next appointment then the dr won’t see me again just FYI” that’s ok I’ll go somewhere with a friendlier staff that can handle a simple rescheduling.

Dr. Bryan is very knowledgeable. I appreciate that she took the time to explain what I should expect as well as her advised path forward in detail. I also appreciate that she was conservative in her approach, which I find to be very professional.

I would recommend this office to anyone needing a good endodontist. Dr. Bryan is very thorough and focused, also makes sure everything is clean and sterile. Special shout out to Dental Tech Candace who took great pains to make sure I was calm and comfortable. Also Jerrica in the front office was very patient and helpful. Thanks to all! Dr. Bryan and her staff are amazing! They are very concerned for the patient’s wellbeing. I have had several procedures done there and would highly recommend Dr. Bryan!
