Once in the clinic, you will be treated with great respect and service. Dr. MM and all staff are pleasant, professional, and very helpful. The only problem I have ever had is that my phone calls and emails are almost NEVER returned. If I don't call on one of the rare days she is in the office (and not out visiting nursing homes, which is actually a big plus and a rarity among physicians), it takes persistence to get an appointment. This can be a problem for patients who live far from Pearisburg, VA, and can't just "drop in" to make an appointment when the lights are on.

Dr. Meredith shows so much compassion and empathy to her patients. She has a huge heart and truly cares. She takes so much pride in what she does. I would give her ten stars if I could!! I wish all doctors cared for their patients like she does for hers.0

They will not return calls!!!!! I call today and no one will answer and there voicemail is now full! She is a great person, but this is ridiculous. We need help ASAP.

Dr. Meredith help me out with a painful ingrown nail. my family have been seeing her for years and we all love her work. Yes it is kinda hard to get an appointment but we understand due to her going to nursing homes to take care or people, including my grandma in one of them.

Dr. Meredith is a wonderful podiatrist. She helped me a lot with my flat feet. Custom orthotics have made my life so much better!

Dr. Meredith was friendly and professional throughout my visit to her office, as was her staff. Wait time was not significant and the office itself was clean and very nice. I pull long hours in a machine shop, constantly on my feet while carrying pieces of steel. General foot pain is pretty much just something I constantly deal with, and I didn't pay much mind to it since it was something that just goes along with the job. I was referred to Dr. Meredith through a friend and decided to set up an appointment. Very glad I did. After a routine exam which found no truly serious issues with my feet, she suggested that tons of walking in steel toe boots all day would be made easier with some form of orthotics. We found a reasonably priced option for what she said I would need, and hands down, the results are day and night. I'm not going to say I am miraculously pain free or anything like that, but I can honestly say that pain level are perhaps 10-15% of what they used to be and I actually feel less fatigued at the end of a workday in most cases.
