I’m not even sure this woman is a psychologist and not a scammer. She is tardy and a no-show on multiple occasions. Does not follow through on her word. For me this included submitting the proper paperwork so I could get the treatment that she recommended. She strung me along, took my money, and gave me no help. I now have to find a different provider and start this process all over. DO NOT TRUST HER WITH YOUR TIME OR CARE!!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:10am. She called around 7:45 and asked if I could push it back to 9:30am. I said great, no problem, by 9:50 she still wasn't there, at which point she called and told me there was an accident on the highway and she wouldn't be coming. I don't think the accident happened until 9:30 or so, which means she should have been in her office before it anyway. Extremely unprofessional, and seeing how it was our first appointment, I won't be seeing her.
