Dr. Marek K Dobke

Dr. Dobke is an amazing plastic surgeon. I am currently going through breast reconstructive surgery because of a stabbing I suffered to my chest during a home invasion. My right breast was mutilated and all but completely cut off during my vicious attack. My wounds were so severe, I didn't think it was possible to put me back together until I met Dr. Dobke. I am so fortunate and blessed to have been referred to him. He is a fantastic plastic surgeon with amazing skills and experience. He loves what he does and cares about his patients. I had my surgery 1 year ago this coming week and my life has improved 10 fold!! Dr. Dobke did an amazing job with my surgery (I had a bilateral reduction). From the initial consultation to follow up visits, his dedication to his patients is evident every time!! The staff in his office are amazing, kind, have a lot of patience and listen to any and all concerns. I feel like I have my life back since my surgery and I would recommend Dr. Dobke.. he’s the best! He is the best doctor i have seen in a while! I love how he talks to me like a person! He genuinely gives me his opinion and ideas on my body. Hes sweet and his surgery work was amazing i healed great! Wasnt too much pain! I love this guy!

I was referred to Dr. Dobke in order to remove a possibly cancerous spot on my face. Dr. Dobke took his time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable. His staff are really kind and they get you in to the exam in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dobke to anyone in need of plastic surgery!

At the age of 47 I finally had the courage to get my breast reduction. I am 5'3", weigh 130lbs and wore a 32G bra. Dr Dobke is not the warmest doctor in the world, but who needs that in a surgeon, maybe a therapist, but not a surgeon. He was to the point, very professional , on schedule, super informative and always pleasant. I am now very happily a full C cup. They are super natural. I had minimal scaring. UCSD is an amazing facility, I also had 2 brain surgeries there(so I should know)

I did so much homework due to the fact of NEVER having any type of surgery. Long story short I made an extra consult to make sure my questions were answered which they were. Except for “what size will I be” I was told Dr.Dobke would talk to me the day OF surgery and I could tell him if I wanted to be in the bigger or smaller size. Well I’m a nutshell that never happen, at least not coherent. the worst feeling knowing he talked to me while I was ALREADY under sedation. I feel like a “case” not a

Dr and staff are very friendly and personable. Dr is very knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable being in his care. And I love the work he did! I'm very pleased!

Dr. Dobke is the best doctor I have treated with. He is the most caring and thorough physician of all time! Dr. Dobke takes special interest in his patients and can correct anything other physicians cannot. UCSD is beyond blessed to have him teach future surgeons his rare talents and gifts!.
