Dr.Rivera is amazing and totally gets to know your kid and knows his stuff he has helped my son with EOE I'm so thankful he cares for my son thank you so much

Dr. Rivera took the time to talk to my son and really get to know him. He focused on him throughout his appointments and only him. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease before any procedure. He is absolutely wonderful!

For individuals looking for care for your child, keep looking. This office's refusal to listen to parental concerns is now an established pattern. When my child requires hospitalization they question not being alerted sooner though they were presented with all relevant data previously and could not be bothered with it .The medical oversight at this office approaches outright negligence. Drive 75 mins to ROC or receive subpar healthcare in a city with so many other wonderful pediatric specialists

This doctor has some serious issues. His interactions and demeanor are inappropriate and I would not want him near my or any child again.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Rivera. He treats my daughter for her EOE and has done an amazing job. I broke down in tears today because I am so grateful for his knowledge, patience, and an amazing staff. The dietician and his nurse answered my zillion questions when we first were diagnosed and I'm sure wanted to kill me at times. They always took the time to educate me and calm my concerns. A highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring group.
