Physician is rude and dismissive. No respect.

Her administrative staff is the nastiest. If your son misses his appt she waits 6 hours to call so there is no way to mitigate the issue. You would think an office that deals with ADHD would be understanding. Then she is nasty on the phone tells me they will charge my credit card for the non visit. 200 dollars! Why is my card even saved there? When I get the receipt I call to ask them to delete the information and she interrupts me to tell me, again nasty, that the receipt was sent. It took quite a back and forth to get her to even listen to my request. I then suggested that her next note on a receipt should include a thank you for understanding or some type of common courtesy and her comment was "duly noted " . I also asked to speak to the doctor and never heard from her. I'm sure my message was never sent. Avoid this office until Sheri is gone.

Dr. Bergtraum is AMAZING. She is thorough, patient, understanding, & wonderful with her patients ( and their nervous parents!). It's obvious how knowledgeable she is & how much she cares. Unlike most other physicians today, she returns phone calls right away & spends an unusual amount of time with parents & patients in the office & on the phone. There is no other physician like Dr. Bergtraum today. The Entire medical profession should take lessons from Dr. Bergtraum on how to be a great doctor.
