My child was misdiagnosed and fell through the cracks while under Marcel Deray's careless supervision. When approached about the fatal outcome of the situation his comments (while not directly to me) included that she wasn't going to make it anyway, so he didn't understand why we were so upset. With other, proper care and a medical professional who pays close attention and concerns himself with his patients, perhaps my daughter would still be with us today.

Careless man who blames parents for their child’s sleep disorder instead of actually doing his job. Pompous and self righteous is his version of bedside manner. Don’t bother going to him if you value your child’s health. He told me he prescribed the same medication to over 80% of his patients.

I am so disappointed in the service this office has provided to my kids. I filed a complaint with my insurance and am moving forward with complaints to all Florida Departments of Regulations.

Dr. Deray had already decided what medication to give my child before he even met him or reviewed his medical history in detail. This resulted in him making a completely careless mistake with the medication with potential to cause harm to my child’s health. His nurse was his perfect match - condescending and lectured me on my parenting - faulting me for his sleep disorder. (They should spend one night in my shoes, would teach them humility.) Atrocious Care and doesn’t even deserve the one star.
