Dr. Marc R. Schachter

I had the most amazing dentist visit today. I needed to get a molar extracted and was petrified, as I’ve never had oral surgery before, the most I’ve ever done was tooth fillings. I was seen right away, no wait. Dr. Schachter was very kind, calm and gentle. He made sure to administer the novocaine in the most painless way possible. He talked me through everything, took his time and by the time the tooth was removed- I didn’t even realize he had taken it out. I felt nothing! His assistant was super sweet, kept my company and talked to me while we waited for the novocaine to kick in- she even let me hold/squeeze her hand during the procedure (in hindsight it was totally unnecessary the way I squeezed the crap out of her hand, but it was still very comforting lol). Best experience I could have ever asked for. Highly highly recommend!!! He also let me keep the tooth which I found to be really cool LOL. My little souvenir ??

I had a great experience at Dr. Schachter's office. The staff is extremely pleasant and so helpful. Dr. S has a very calming nature and hums while he works ! I received very thorough instructions after my surgery and I am very pleased.
