His office staff is totally incompetent, unrealiable, and Lazy. They NEVER answer the office phone or return calls. Trying to get refills on your medication is nearly impossible. When the office staff constantly asks you for your pharmacy's number something is very wrong. This doctor, allowing his patients to be ignored is a DISGRACE. And don't even use covid as an excuse. Dr. Petrone is a good doctor but his office staff is terrible. His system is you call for appointments but have to leave a message on an answering machine. His staff is supposed to return your call and set up an appointment. Most of the time it takes several days for them to return your call if they call at all, forcing you to go to an Urgent care.
