Dr. Marc Orlando

Dr. Orlando is a good guy and great doctor, he's very personable and cares about his patients. I really appreciate Dr. Orlando and his staff at the Mayfield Surgery Center ( Beth, Janice, Jenny, Jan, Steph& Mindy K) helping me this morning. Mayfield your the best, I appreciate you so much. This doctor is a rude jackass who called my wife a liar and made her cry. A woman in his staff made a mistake about a conversation with my wife, who was his patient. She would not correct herself and admit she was wrong. I guess she did not want to show her incompetence. The doctor took the side of his assistant and accused my wife of being a liar. Dr was Arrogant it did not take even 30 seconds to let me ask a question. Instead I was rushed through an “Assembly Line” procedure with zero human compassion

My husband and I are very pleased with the pain management treatment he received from Dr. Orlando. Dr. Orlando is extremely experienced and skilled, and did a great job with my husband's complex case. We had several concerns prior to the procedure, and Dr. Orlando's nurse took the time to discuss everything in detail so we could make an informed decision. We also grilled Dr. Orlando very thoroughly about the specifics before my husband went back to the procedure room. Dr. Orlando was forthright about the pros and cons of doing the procedure in a certain way. I appreciated the fact that Dr. Orlando, his nurse and scheduler treated me like a partner in my husband's care, and none of them was ever dismissive or condescending in any way. Dr Orlando and his team where great. they explained eveything quite well and the care was great. My pain was in check right away. Dr Orlando getting me in right away before leaving town was a blessing and much appreciated. They were booked weeks out but stayed longer to ablige me. Many Thanks Mike

Dr Orlando is highly skilled and knowledgeable! Professional but friendly, and down to earth. I trusted his decision about my occipital neuralgia, and the injection he did was perfect to relieve the pain. I highly recommend him

I didn't care much from Dr. Orlando today. He was rude, condescending, belittling. We had many questions about about a simple procedure that stemmed from some gross negligence in my wife's case (she had surgery on the right side of her spine in November, but it was mis-charted as the left...therefore our questions.) He was shocked that I would interrupt him to ask questions, and told me basically that they were irrelevant. I fought back, and he didn't like it. Too bad, Mark. Dr Orlando is very kind, patient and knowledgeable pain management specialist. He has been helping me with arthritic back pain for several years. When I get steroid injections, I can see him interacting with other patients and he is just as patient and kind with everyone. I have finally found a Dr that understands my pain. Dr Orlando is heads above the rest. Thank the heavens I found him.

Dr. Orlando is caring, personable physician who has worked with me through a very painful problem. The pain level was excruciating. He took time with me to understand the problem and my need for rapid recovery, and has extended himself a great deal to resolve this issue and meet my needs. I give him the strongest possible endorsement, and would seek him out for any future issue in his field of expertise.

Big round of applause to Dr. Orlando and his staff at Mayfield. I have never been in as much pain as I was prior to my treatment with him and didn't know how I was going to keep up with my busy lifestyle in that much pain. From my very first call to Mayfield thru to my injection I was given A+ service. Thanks to Dr. Orlando I'm back to my usual hustle and bustle...pain free!!!!!

I just had an injection in my neck from Dr. Orlando at Mayfield, my first experience of this type ever. I have to say that every staff member I encountered was very pleasant and helpful, answering every question. Dr. Orlando sat with me and explained what was to happen and even though the place was busy he did not rush to leave the cubicle. The procedure room was run with precision that told me I was in good hands. If I ever need a similar procedure I will only go here. I highly recommend.

My pain relief experience with Dr Mark Orlando has been wonderful. After months of debilitating leg pain, Dr Orlando has put me back in my normal pace of life ( with the steroidal epidurals.)...Go go go!! I can't wait to dance at my nephew's wedding..NO WALKER!!! Dr Orlando is confident and compassionate and explains things to make you comfortable. His entire staff is over the top wonderful!! I highly recommend! Don't suffer.. Call Dr Orlando!

My lumbar procedure was completed in 6 minutes.

I actually didn't mind Dr. Orlando- it was his staff I couldn't stand. He isn't warm and fuzzy but I am okay with that- he was nice enough- I just found his staff rude, inconsiderate and I just won't put up with it unless I loved the doctor. Liked him- didn't love him- hopefully by now he has new staff!!!

Doctor was least compassionate about my condition. Never felt this way before with a Doctor. He seemed to infer I was faking my pain, and provided no recommendation, or solution to my ongoing problem. Will never go back and will not recommend.

I really like him. I have been a patient of his for almost 11 years. He is very nice, attentive, answers all of my questions and is on top of all of my medical needs. One of the Best doctor's I ever had. Would recommend him to all of my family and friends. Always a great experience with him!!
