If you are having a tough problem, he's the doctor you want to have. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Dubin. Very knowledgeable and professional. I had a bacteria deep in my sinuses that was resistant to antibiotics. With his help I was able to get rid of it.

My journey began with chronic headaches, deep inner ear and eye pain. Primary doc kept giving me meds for migraines, not helpful. After months of no relief, I was referred to Dr. Dubin by his mentor, Dr. Wolfe. After one visit, he diagnosed and explained my sinus issue and scheduled surgery. Dr. Dubin is totally hands on, empathic and a master in his field. His office staff have the best customer service I've ever experienced. I would recommend Dr. Dubin for no frills, honest and immediate relief.

I had frequent sinus infections for years and had a surgery by an ENT other than Dr. Dubin. Not only did that surgery NOT help me, but it also caused another problem. I then started seeing Dr. Dubin to see if he could help me. He performed another sinus surgery on me, and it was a success! Initially I was seeing him weekly, and now it's semi-annually. He is the BEST!!! He takes his time, and is very thorough. I would without a doubt recommend Dr. Dubin to anyone who has sinus problems.

Dr. Dubin ENT at GBMC. I was referred to him by my pulmonologist Dr. Pyrgos. I have sinus issues and this was a great find for his skills set and his clinical abilities. I enjoy seeing him as a patient and if you are referred to him I would highly recommend seeing him and his staff at GBMC.

My experience with Dr Marc Dubin could not have been better. Having suffered constantly with recurring sinus infections for years, I needed to use colloidal silver spray multiple times every day to keep the infections from taking over and even then they would break thru regularly. Antibiotics would clear out the infections for 1-2 weeks at best and then right back to the same cycle. In one short office visit Dr Dubin scoped and explained the issue and offered several treatment options. I chose the more complete answer of sinus surgery. Every aspect of the outpatient process was smooth and as painless as a surgical procedure could be. 10 weeks on now since surgery and sinuses remain open and clear and have not needed any silver spray or had any signs of congestion or infection. It was dope

I've had sinus problems for the last 20 years. After having sinus surgery by a different ENT, my problems were no better. I then started seeing Dr. Dubin in 2010. I had to have another surgery, but since then have made a big improvement. I would never go to another ENT. He is very thorough.

Dr. Dubin has been treating my sinus issues. He is professional, listens to my issues and concerns and develops a plan of treatment. His office staff have been very responsive to my calls with a problem.

Exceptional level of care for Chronic Sinusitis over last 8 years. Optimized chronic care protocol until quality of life restored. (Not assembly line care.)

Highly recommend!! After trying other ENT's and not getting results I was fortunate to find Dr Dubin, who reviewed my case and was able to offer a treatment for a long standing sinus issue. He also has a great support staff, I would rate more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Dubin corrected my extremely difficult sinus blockage. He is professional and a straight shooter. I am extremely glad that he was recommended to me after seeing so many other docs and fighting infections. I highly recommend him.

My 18 year old son was constantly sniffing and having trouble breathing. It was so bad, that he was disrupting his college classes and got nasty looks from the students sitting around him. After two failed visits to ENTs in our area in Howard County, which resulted in no help whatsoever, we saw Dr. Dubin. Dr. Dubin came to the rescue and performed a mini liposuction procedure on my son, which incredibly was outpatient. The result was immediate and dramatic. After injuring to my nose around 2019. It lead to chronic breathing issues, no sleep, swollen eyes, and sometime wallowing issues. When I met Dr.Dubin my sinus were really bad after my surgery I have had no more problems they been resolved Dr.Marc Dublin has really good people skills and bedside manner I recommend him highly if you have any problems with your nose hat's off to you!!

I am very happy with the care provided by Dr. Dubin and the staff at Center for Advanced ENT Care. He is a straight forward person, but is also concerned about your health and comfort. Dr. Dubin is an excellent doctor. He did a nose surgery for me to remove the thickening tissues opening the airway. The treatment resolved my breathing and congestion problems which caused me frustration and insomnia for so many years. This treatment improved my quality of life for which I am grateful to him. For nearly 25 years I was unable to consistently breath through my nose and had no sense of smell. It was a constant battle which often resulted in allergy flair ups that made it near impossible for me to do my job. Dr. Dubin offered me several options, including a new surgical procedure that he believed had a chance to help mitigate my symptoms. He made no promises of its effectiveness and provided me with a clear reality of possible outcomes. Based on my condition I really had no choice but to take the surgery route despite my skepticism (I had a previous surgery performed by an ENT doctor that was unsuccessful in helping me). The surgery was an undoubted success and not only can I breath normally through my nose, my smell returned. Dr. Dubin is a miracle worker. Due to polyps and chronic sinus infections, I have had no sense of smell for years. This has also limited my sense of taste. My quality of life was suffering. My regular ENT performed surgery 2.5 years ago. The impact was minimal and short lasting. He decided to send me to Dr. Dubin where he sends his hardest cases. Dr. Dubin said he could open my sinuses but could make no guarantees regarding the sense of smell. I decided that I had nothing to loose by having the second surgery. It’s a miracle. Within 10 days my sense of smell started to return. Not only that, I could do light exercise after six days and only needed to take the pain meds on the first day. I went to see Dr. Dubin for a Eustachian Tube Balloon dilation procedure due to chronic ear and sinus infections. I had the procedure on June 21, 2019. Excellent. Dr Dubin receives my 5 stars and then some. I have seen him for 3 years, and had a balloon sinuplasty several years ago. He is compassionate, straightforward and friendly. He answers all questions completely. A big plus is the office staff for this practice. It is efficient and accurate. Their “reminders” are tops. Maybe the best administrative team I have ever experienced in a physician’s office. My guess is that this is an organizational culture of excellence that starts at the top.

Dr. Dubin is fantastic. During my initial visit, he was clear about what needed to be done, frank about the risks and benefits, open to any question you could think of, calming, and actually listens! At the time of the surgery, he was again clear about what he was going to do and alleviated all my anxiety about having surgery (and it was my first surgery ever so I was pretty scared). Post surgery impact was a miracle, I could 100% breathe and everything happened that he said would happen. I've had several follow-up visits and at each one, Dr. Dubin listens and responds to my questions, old ones and new ones. Dr. Dubin is kind, has amazing attention to detail, and responds to things that may come up outside of normal business hours. Love this guy! He solved a 30+ year issue that numerous other doctors either were uneducated on or refused to keep up with updates in the field. They would not listen to what I was telling them. Dr. Dubin listens.

DR. Dubin, is one of the best surgeons I've ever had and I've had 24 surgeries now :( I had my 5th sinus surgery with him in 2010? Sorry if I'm off a bit Dr. Dubin. Not only is it the first time I did not wake up in horrible pain and having a asthma attack it's the only sinus surgery I was not PACKED with 10 miles of gauze and let me tell you that coming out is worse then any sinus surgery. But what I remember more then the surgery was what he did for us AFTER that. Shortly after I woke up one day (maybe 3 weeks later?) I had a spinal headache and it was so odd I had no injuries no spinal tap . My husband took me to the ER they rush me to John's Hopkins because I also have blood on the brain. This is all out of the blue and no one knows why,But this is my body for you. I called Dr. Dubin because the Drs. Were saying something was nicked during sinus surgery I knew better but Dr. Dubin emediatly took action and had me transferred to GBMC and did a bunch of test to make sure nothing was punctured and like I thought nothing was. But he did not stop there he referred me to Drs. To help me and get help to get the spinal headache to go away and with in a week they succeded in that. I wish he could be my Dr. In every field because I'm still very very sick and no one can figure it what's wrong and no one trys and I need someone to instead of letting me just lay here and die,but they just don't care. Dr. Dubin cares about you and he is a great Dr. He is still my surgeon and sadly I've been so sick I have not been able to get to his office in over 3 years due to a failed spinal stimulator causing emergency surgery and a severe spinal infection then I had BII and had to have a complete capsulectomy and still I'm terrible sick and have chronic infections every other week. Thus, I asked my wife to find me the best. She found Dr. Dubin, who, as the reviews attest, is at the top of the list, in my opinion. Dr. Dubin teaches at John Hopkins and had the experience I was looking for. My family first met him when he was recommended to perform surgery on my 3 year old, who had some severe health issues. He has since operated on him a total of 4 times. He has removed adenoids from my daughter and even put in ear tubes. He also treats me for all of my chronic sinus issues. He always will fit us in his schedule and it is worth the wait. DR. Dubin, is one of the best surgeons I've ever had and I've had 24 surgeries now :( I had my 5th sinus surgery with him in 2010? Sorry if I'm off a bit Dr. Dubin. Not only is it the first time I did not wake up in horrible pain and having a asthma attack it's the only sinus surgery I was not PACKED with 10 miles of gauze and let me tell you that coming out is worse then any sinus surgery. But he went above and beyond that check put my google review please!
