You can hang it up to actually make an appointment. I guess he has way too many patients.

Listens well and takes the time to explain things making sure I understood. Very friendly and efficient. He listened to all my symptoms before jumping to anything rather than like some doctors take one look and diagnose you before they hear one word then hardly listens after to what you say which is the story with most of my doctors and I have 9…. If I could have more doctors like him, my life would be much less pained and I would most likely feel better by now. At least in this area I have help.

I had a really good first visit with Dr. Reyzelman he really listened and answered my questions it was nice to feel like a patient instead of a file

Dr. Reyzelman has been a fantastic addition to my life. I have epilepsy and was referred to Dr. Reyzelman when I had a stroke in October of 2018. I completely recovered from that event and then in January 2020 a person making a U-turn crashed into my car which irritated the site of my burst aneurism which caused seizures to begin. I moved from Marietta recently to Athens and I will travel as long and as far as I need to in order to keep him as my doctor. He really is a great man and he shows that he cares for his patients.

Great doctor, he is never rushing, he's caring and patient, listen and understand, he is calm and makes me feel comfortable. He's background is excellent and my experiences are very good.

My husband Gary and I have the greatest admiration for Dr.Reyzelman’s skill, knowledge and resourcefulness in finding the source of his severe pain. For weeks we had been referred to one specialist after another to no avail. Finally we found Dr. Reyzelman and with just one visit and two diagnostic tests he pieced together the contributing factors that were causing Gary’s debilitating pain. His kind bedside manner exemplifies his gentleness and caring while striving to help his patients (and their spouses) have the best quality of life possible. The visit was fine however we felt rushed. Unfortunately now that they are part of Wellstar's answering service, it's impossible to make or change appointments without waiting for someone to come onto the line. This is now a problem with all of Wellstar!

The doctor is terribly dismissive! But, his nurse is great!!

Apparently Dr. Reyzelamn has more business than he can handle. My first appointment was in Nov, 2018, and got the MRI he requested 2 weeks after that; and as soon as I can do my "follow up" is the 1st week in February. I guess it doesn't matter I still have issues with my balance.

Knowledgeable and excellent bedside manners. Would recommend to others.

Very thorough, explains neurological condition/meds/etc. Excellent listener and talks you through procedures.

Office was great. Dr Marat was kind and took care of everything we needed. Very impressed. I’m comparing this visit to another neuro apt we had two weeks before where the doc could care less about us. So thanks to Dr. Marat for listening to us and catering to our specific needs.

Trying to get someone on the phone, an appointment, ect is a nightmare. They won't even answer My Chart messages. Average wait times just to get through to the appointment scheduler is an hour or more. As far as Dr. Reyzelman, I can only say I've been seeing him for about 7 month for possible MS and have yet to have any sort of relief, treatment, diagnosis. Will be looking for a new doc. I wish we could continue seeing a neurologist with such extensive experience with my daughter's symptoms, but we must look elsewhere for compassionate, attentive, respectful diagnosis and treatment. While I appreciated scheduling an opening for us, I knew it would be difficult to make the exact time, but I kept the main office informed. We drove over 75 miles to get there. I signed in at 10:50 for the scheduled 10:30. He wouldn't see us. Period. Needed a wheelchair to get back to the car.

My husband got in a horrible accident that left him unconscious and concussed. Dr Reyzelman helped us understand what was going on with my husband and help us work through it. He always took his time with us and explained things until we understood. He's by far the best doctor we've had to deal with through this affair. I'd recommend him to anyone.
