This has to be the absolute worst doctor in his field. Horrible treatment of patients. Take his license back! Avoid seeing him as he will waste your time.

Negligent, incompetent, & should be sued for malpractice. Insurance scam.

Dr. Nallegowda is excellent doctor and he has the best staff ever they are so polite and respectful and friendly.

The office verified they received my referral and would get back with me in about a week with a date for my appointment. My doctor's office called them two months later to find out why I had not heard from them. They were told that my referral was in process and they would get to me as soon as they could. Dr. Nallegowda is a fantastic pain management doctor! He listens to every concern you have and comes up with great plans to help het your pain under control!

I love this doctor he has been great helping me take care of my pain in my back and I would have people go to him he is the best

I am from Denver and have been seeing a pain doc for about 15 years and never had an issue. But went to see this doctor, not only did he treat me like I was some kind of drug addiction, but told me I could no longer take my pain killers as needed but that I would have to take them every 6 hours, and keep a specific level in my blood to prove I was not selling my meds and do weekly urinalysis even though I live 150 miles from him, when I told him that was impossible, he told me I should drive the 350 miles to Denver. I like this doctor...they've been great!

He is such an amazing person. Kind and listens intently to your issues. My husband first went with him over 4 years ago and I have wanted him as my doctor for awhile. So glad I did. There is another doctor in the same facility that laughed at my complaints and it truly hurt me. Dr. Nallagowda asks the right questions and makes sure he answers any of your concerns. Dr.Nallegowda has been treating me for approximately 6 yrs now. Under his care my pain level is 20% of what it used to be. Other drs say "We can't operate so here are some pain pills until we can operate. Good luck". Not this dr. He has given me injections in my hip(twice) and back(3 times) and I dropped from taking 4 pills a day to less than 1. I had migraines that lasted 2-3 days. Not anymore. And he is very personable, genuinely listening to you and devising a treatment plan tailored for your specific needs. He has helped my wife get back to walking also. Without pain. Fantastic!! I had spinal nerve treatments last November. It was quick and relatively painless. Recovery time was almost spontaneous>. The surgical injections precisely covered the areas described to him. I highly recommend him. I am looking forward to future visits I may need to manage pains.

I have been seeing Dr. Nallegauda for a few years. Hes compasionate, knowledgable and kind. He researches information to provide the patient with all options to let the patient make a knowledgable decision on their care. He spends time getting to know you and never rushes through the visit. I have been a patient of Dr. Nallegowda for several years now. He's compassionate about his work and isn't afraid to try different options for long term pain management. He's also an interesting Dr. to research. He has a couple of entries into the JOURNAL OF AMERICAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION (JAMA). Also, I believe he discovered a new disease or something of the sort. I have been seeing Dr. Nallegowda at the Pain Management Clinic for over 2 years now. I have been very impressed with how treats me as an individual and not just “one of those people wanting pain medication.” He seems to truly care about helping you decrease the pain so you can work and carry on normal daily functions with as little pain as possible. My back disease progressed while I was under his care and he got me in with a great neurosurgeon. Now I am weaning down on my pain meds and hope to get off them. He has been supportive through each stage of my care. His office staff, from the front desk to the nurses, is all helpful and efficient. The clinic experience all round has been great.

This Dr has given me injections in the Spine hip and knee. My visit was him at the computer asking me who did my injections?????? Very cold doesn't care about patients needs. A Big No to this Dr???

I would not recommend this doctor if you are in serious pain. He focused on an illness we both agreed I did not have (for 15 minutes...why??), then encouraged me to have a procedure 4 surgeons told me not to have because I have had a life threatening reaction to it in the past. Knowing better, despite medical documentation by my 4 surgeons is just reckless. Then he told me my pain isn't long term because it was from an injury and will be corrected after multiple surgeries over a course of 4 years. 4 years!! A complete waste of my time and money. I have been seeing Dr. Nallegowda for about 5 years know and he is a very caring and compassionate physician. He takes his time to listen to his patients and helps design a plan meet the needs.

Dr. and his staff are caring and compassionate. This is a newer practice so they are still working out the kinks. I had written a bad review when I was angry, never a good idea. You can expect good, quality care from Dr. Nallengowda and staff.

After St Mary corwin hospital closed down the pain service it has been very difficult to find good Pain management doctors. I was referred to the doctor from my friend 2 years back who is also seeing him for his arthritis problems. since then the doc has been treating me.Thanks so much for staying back in town and accomodating me as your patient. Dr. Nallegowda is one of the most professional doctors I’ve had. He takes the time needed with each patient, gets to know them, and answers any and all questions they have. He makes sure that you know all of your options and he tries different ways to help. If something isn’t working, he is quick to take a new approach and figure out something else that will work for you. He and his staff are not only professional, they also show that they genuinely care for each of their patients. My family and I highly recommend him! Dr. Nallegowda is one of few Pain Specialists with patient compassion. I have needed opioid therapy for thirty years and seen nearly forty Specialists. He actually talks to his patients instead of at them, This is completely unique east of the Mississippi River! He follows the current egregious government treatment restrictions to the letter. If our government actually stops intentionally killing disabled pain patients, I feel sure he will immediately adjust as indicated by my conditions. His numerous years of education and of experience will seek functional level treatment to give my life back to me. His patient/client relationships are strong, but within legal constraints. He is rude to his patients and does not listen. He could care less about how much pain your in and doesn't care if you're suffering!! Always have to tell why you are there never reads your chart and is argumentative. If can get another pain doctor run as fast as you can!! You can have all the MRI showing bones coming out of you and he could care less asks do you have member ship to a gym when you can see I can not walk because of bones coming out of my feet and need hip replacements WOW !!!

I left a bad review on 2/14. I was in pain, frustrated and I took it out on social media. I was wrong to do that. Dr. Nallengowda was working on my behalf to get okay for nerve ablation. I got the nerve ablation done and am feeling some relief. Dr. Nallengowda and his staff are caring and compassionate. This is a new office and they are still working out the kinks. I would like to apologize for my bad review. Patients can count on Dr. Nallengowda and staff for excellent quality care.

Worst Dr appointment. Waited over 2 hours and still had to reschedule for first appointment with him. Showed little interest or exam for my chronic leg pain. Don’t waste your time!!

Dr. Nallegowda has been treating me from the past 3 years. I am so greatful to him that he saw me when i desperately needed to see a pain doctor in may 2015. I have never seen a doctor who is so knowledgable and caring. After knowing his educational background and experience, i realized i was blessed to be in such hands. He explained my condition to me and my husband and gave the treatment options. He brought that smile back on my face, I started feeling so much better with my pain. Thanks !

Dr Nallegowda treated my mom who is 76 and sufferes from chronic back pain. She started feeling better and the complaining has stopped. I recently had s injury this year and now I suffer from chronic back pain. I don’t want meds so I chose to have Dr Gowda give me back injections to releave a lot of my pain, I have to admit I hate needles and at my age I felt embarrassed to be such a big baby. I was very surprised at how Dr Gowda took the time to explain how important it was for me to relax while he did the injections and that I would feel less painful if I didn’t tense up. I was so comfortable and felt lil pain he is amazing!!! I decided to go back for my second injections and soon my last in another week . the last visit which I hear will give me more relief from back pain although each person Varys.He is the best! I trust Dr Nallegowda and his office staff. I am his patient for past 3 years, he is very caring doctor, i had work related injury, he did my back epidural injections. He is also treating my husband's knee problem. We never had better care than this.

Wanted to treat a problem that has gotten steadily worse over the course of several years in the same way I had been offered to treat the issue years ago. Was told to work out, and that he can do injections, with an issue that physical therapy told me that working out and their assistance in doing so is "Doing me no good at all, I need treatment from a doctor" My visit with this man was an absolutely useless waste of time that took me 3 months to even see the guy... Terrible experience.

Dr. N. is the best pain Dr. in Southern Colorado. I have never had a long wait for an appt. in 4 years of treatment. His staff is caring and kind and highly competent as is he. I guess that is the reason his waiting room is full and yet paitients are cared for quickly and efficiently...keep up the great work. Thank you for your kind and caring treatment.

No compassion or empathy. After waiting 1 1/2 years for an appointment, Dr. Nallegowda was an hour 20 minutes late for the first appointment. No apology or reason given. Little to no exam. As I would be a transfer patient from another pain doctor, I was already on a pain regiment. Not one question or discussion of my current medicines, their effectiveness, how or why I was currently taking them. TOLD me in 3 months HE would change my medicines and/or lower the dosages/take away current medicatio
