Dr Mai Brooks is amazing. She is honest, skillful, and caring. 2 procedures with excellent outcomes. No pain after and I am grateful for her!

Dr. Brooks was so clear, caring and professional that I would recommend her to anyone. My scars are minimal and her staff was so efficient and concerned, anyone would be in good hands with Dr. Brooks. Make sure you ask questions if you are confused, and keep up your spirits through the task that is breast surgery and cancer.

Mai Brooks is an execellent doctor with a kind and gentle manner. She is well-informed and current procedures. A quick return call regarding lab or biopsy reports. She is knowledgable and efficient, perfect for the time-sensitive work she is involved in. An outstanding surgeon.

She did not even do a PT scan on my mom when she diagnosed her (even though there was cancer in the lymph nodes). She was treated for Stage 2 cancer based on Dr Brooks diagnosis. Fast forward a year later and the cancer was in the bones of her spine and many other places. Drs do not think the cancer grew that fast and that it had been there at her initial diagnosis. Dr Brooks wrongly diagnosed my mom and didn’t even do so much as a scan. My mom would have had an entirely different treatment plan. Dr Brooks is lazy and inefficient.

Dr. Brooks is caring, competent and comprehensive. I highly recommend her.

Beyond competent, thorough and compassionate. She's the best!

Dr. Mai Brooks is an amazing surgeon who is not the least bit aware of just how amazing she is! She is so aware of the female body and of how important that body is to her female patients that upon completion of the surgery she returns the body back to its most beautiful state . Dr. Brooks is warm, compassionate, and deeply caring for her patients. There aren't enough accolades in the English language to express the surperbness of this fabulous doctor.

My surgeon for removal of breast cancer...I recommend her..she's very compassionate and did a great job removing my cancer..fortunately it was only stage 1..but I'm thankful for her taking care of me...

I've been a patient of Dr. Mai’s since being diagnosed with skin cancer last summer. I was referred to her as I was having difficulties with a doctor who had appointments available in month; not the same day. Obviously I wanted treatment sooner. I found Doctor Mai to be most professional and courteous with a deep understanding of my condition. My treatment was clearly explained and delivered with dignity and respect. Though not back to 100% health yet I am getting there, I continue with ongoing consultations with Doctor Mai and have no hesitation in recommending her to other sufferers. Someone I know received treatment for a severe health matter from Dr. Brooks. Both he and I were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of care provided. It seemed that they always went above and beyond and ultimately, everything worked out perfectly. Thank you Dr Brooks and staff!!!

Dr. Brooks is an excellent surgeon. I went to her recently to have a mole removed from under my arm. It had grown over the past few years and I was concerned about the possibility of cancer. The whole experience was top notch! She spent a ton of time explaining the different types of skin cancer to me. I was able to ask all of my questions (I had a bunch) and I never felt rushed. She seemed to genuinely care about me and my well being. She suggested we remove the mole and have it evaluated by the lab. The procedure itself is the main reason I'm writing this review. She is a VERY skilled physician. I literally felt nothing - no pain, no discomfort. She excised the mole and a descent amount of surrounding skin from under my arm (a very sensitive area) and I honestly felt nothing! It was amazing. Now I'm waiting for the pathology results but based on what she told me, I'm not very concerned re the outcome. I'll find out in a couple of days. I don't write reviews often but this experience definitely deserved this 5 star review. If you are looking for a general surgeon or specifically, a surgical oncologist, call Dr. Mai Brooks.
