Absolutely terrible staff. They had zero idea of what was going on, completely clueless. They didn't even inform me of what they were doing, simply came in and said "lean back, i'm going to put this in your eye". Like what? Are you going to explain at all what you're doing? In addition to the above, their equipment appears to be from the 90's. (Maybe that's why the staff has no clue how to work it?) The office is dirty, gross, and all around dated. Made me feel like I was in an old peoples home. Doctor was nice, gave a decent opinion on my condition. But I won't go back, nor do I recommend this office, due to the atrocious staff. Dr. Dickens is Very competent and professional. He is thorough and very thoughtful.

From my initial visit through cataract surgery in both eyes, Dr Dickens and his team were friendly and professional. Throughout the entire process, I had total confidence in the knowledge and abilities of Dr Dickens. After each surgery, he personally called me later the same day and met with me first thing the next day to be sure everything was OK. Special thanks goes to Luba on his team for her excellent measuring and testing. Could not ask for a better doctor and team.

Dr. Dickens did my cataract surgery, and even immediately after surgery, I had absolutely no discomfort.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Timothy Jordan for Strabismus or a lazy eye. The staff were all fantastic and very nice. Dr. Jordan was nice, but seemed a littled strange, needless to say he didn't see anything wrong with my daughter's eye at first when my wife took her into the room so my wife ask me to come back. After helping to comfort my daughter he was able to see the eye and how it was crossed. Needless to say, he did not go into much detail or even to check it out, except having her took look at a movie and he looked at her eyes and said she needs glasses and needs to wear a patch for 2 hours daily. Not problem, but my gut was telling me to get a 2nd opinion. I am glad I did, however I didn't get a 2nd opinion for about a year later. I wish I had because Dr. Jordan gave me the wrong information. He said my daughter needs to wear a patch over the bad eye and I always have heard you need to patch the good eye, but he gave a pretty convincing statement on how the brain works with eye and why the bad eye should be covered. I think this is potential malpractice in the sense that my daughter should had had the patch on her good eye for her weak eye to get stronger. I am unsure how the other providers are, but if your child needs to go here, I do not recommend them seeing Dr. Jordan! I took my daughter to see Dr. Timothy Jordan for Strabismus or a lazy eye.
