Dr. Rayapudi and her staff are amazing! They are kind, caring, available, and knowledgeable. Dr. Rayapudi has gone above and beyond to help me. She is the best doctor I have ever seen and I have seen a lot!

Shame on Dr Rayapudi - Legally looting people money I was scheduled to meet Dr Rayapudi. She did not even show her face to me but charged about $200. Her nurse checked blood pressure and asked to get the reports from India I got the treatment 15 years back. I clearly told, I can't get it. they gave me 2 weeks of time but no luck. after that, they told, I don't need a treatment. then I asked what about the fee $200 you charged in addition to the nurse practicing fee? they are saying, it's Nurse consultation fee. Cheating cheating be aware of the cheating process. Know upfront how they bill otherwise you will be looted. They told me, they charged as they will be starting the service but just said over the phone that I don't need any service in which case, I asked to refund my money. they changed their tone and said, that was my consultation fee. Is it not a legal cheating where This Doctor has not even showed her face and said hello but charged :) If Priya from Windymere advices to meet this Doctor ask them to forward your Chest/Infectious reports to your county Health department. It’s plain and simple “she saved my life”

I'm so honored to have been seen by Dr Madhavi and her staff.

I went to Dr. Rayapudi after seeing several Dr.’s before her to no avail. I thought Dr. Rayapudi would be able to help me, give me answers and save me, she did none of those things. After showing her tests from another practitioner she says I can’t go by this, I need to run my own labs. Ok fine do whatever you need. Waited 5 days for those results, I was in the most excruciating pain. The tests came back negative but my symptoms were so severe and she looked right passed them/me. I finally found a Doctor who saved my life, I was tested through other labs other than LabCorp or Quest and I found my answer, Lyme and Co-Infections. A complete derelict of duty. She completely let me down; completely failed me. In a way I’m thankful she never treated me, if that’s the way she treats her patients then I want no part of it. Shameful! This doctor saved my life as well. She found and solved a life long deadly issue.

Dr. R is a fantastic doctor! She is the only Infectios disease doc who is knowledgeable about and treats Lyme Disease. She listens to you and takes no time ordering test to help discover what is wrong with you!

By far the best infectious disease doctors in GA. This woman saved my mother's life when no other DR could figure out what was happening to her. Bless her & her family.

I ended up in the hospital with MRSA and I was in so much pain. One doctor came in and wanted to do surgery. Dr.R came in and said no way!!! You will kill her. My MRSA was in my nose and it was really bad. Dr. R treated me daily and I ended up with a pic line for 9 weeks. I went to her office weekly to get my medicine and to clean the pic line. I absolutely love Dr.R! This was about 6 years ago and I still can’t thank her enough. I was a very sick young lady and since getting better I have had no problems with MRSA since. This lady saved my mom's life! Was the only DR that knew that she had an infection from a double mastectomy after various doctors told her that she would be fine & would heal up on her own.

Most caring doctor I've ever encountered. Loves her job, and loves her patients. I'm relieved to be discharged but I will miss seeing Dr. Rayapudi and her staff.

Dr. Rayapudi has saved my life more than once. I have used her services with major infections on 3 different occasions. I have recovered from MRSA and other infections because she is so knowledgeable regarding Infections. She is a great doctor and a wonderful person

I spent 5 years in pain every waking hour. I met Dr Rayapudi after a 10 day hospital stay last May and she assured me that she would get me feeling better. I am now and have been pain free for almost 5 months. She is a Saint in my eyes. Her staff is awesome as well. Steve Wyman

Just arrived home from a traumatic final visit at Dr. Raypudi's office. I have been seeing her for treatment of Lyme and multiple other tick borne co-infections; I have fewer positive bands than CDC standards require, but between the co-infections, her experience working with Lyme up in northern states, and the fact that I've spent 4 years hopping between specialty doctors ruling everything else out, she agreed that I had Lyme and started treatment. Two weeks into ineffective oral Doxycycline, she told me she wanted to have a picc line put in. I asked to continue on the Doxy for two more weeks, as that seemed far too soon to do something somewhat invasive. After two more weeks and her insistence that there weren't any other options, I had the picc line put in and began taking Rocephin. No change for a couple of weeks, and then suddenly after a visit with her I became sicker than normal and feared that something may have been wrong with my picc. She had not informed me that she had doubled my dose of Rocephin. I let it slide, as it seemed the medication was finally working. The herxing has continued for ~5-6 weeks and today's visit was supposed to be a routine weekly visit to make sure my blood tests were coming back normal. My mother, who has been acting as my unofficial patient advocate and driving me to and from appointments, decided to go run errands -because- we had been led to believe this was a routine visit. What I got instead was Dr. Rayapudi's NP coming in late and, when I told her I felt the same as I have for the past few weeks, she insisted that we stop all treatment, that she had spoken to Dr. Rayapudi and suddenly neither believed I actually had Lyme, and that she would need to pull the picc out before I left the office. I was due for a CT scan in 5 minutes in another building. I asked if there was any possibility I could keep the picc in for a different doctor -- she said no. I asked if I could keep the picc in for the CT scan so they could forego using an IV -- she said no. I asked if there was any other treatment plan for me at Dr. Rayapudi's office -- she said no. I was crying and having a panic attack and was coerced into having the picc removed against my wishes. Then, adding insult to injury, she told me I should find a chronic illness counselor in my area because I was "never happy" when she saw me, as though being dropped by doctor after doctor, in this case forcibly and against my will, for years while being so sick I can hardly function isn't the reason I'm "never happy" when I go to a doctor's office. The radiologists were shocked that the NP hadn't at least let me keep the picc in for the CT scan. They made it clear that, had she been willing, all it would take was an order from her to have it removed by someone qualified to do so after the scan. My mother went back to the office, spoke with the NP, and was given multiple excuses about how she had given me chances to say no (she had not and yet I did, multiple times, to the point of bargaining) and that she thought we were on the same page that I was to stop treatment this week if things had not improved (we were not, which my mother confirmed). She offered a chance for us to speak to Dr. Rayapudi tomorrow, which I refuse if she is so quick to drop patients without warning or make any kind of follow-up appointment to make sure symptoms don't return. They obviously don't want me to go back to their office, so I won't. If you have Lyme and think you can be treated in ~6-8 weeks, great! She's more affordable than an LLMD. However, make sure you're kept up-to-date on any changes to your treatment and go in knowing you could be dropped at a moment's notice for being difficult to treat. If you think you might require higher dosages, rotation of medication, and multiple on-and-off-med cycles to kill off tick borne bacteria...look elsewhere. Contact a Lyme advocacy group and ask for local LLMDs. Lyme treatment is not cheap, but in my experience some LLMDs are more willing to help with high costs than others and are worth it in the end. Outstanding doctor that saved my life. Highly recommend her and Laura Nichols her LPN.

This lady saved my life. I was at death's door with MRSA and he was able to save me with the help of Dr. Fritz, my surgeon. I highly recommend her and Laura Nichols her LPN! Besides being top notch doctor, her bedside manner and care is 2nd to none.

Have had issues in past with Dr. R pushing expensive treatments too early and not informing me when she would increase medication doses. Went in for routine visit today, was suddenly dropped from practice because I was taking too long to treat, proceeded to have picc line removed without consent, and was told to see a chronic illness therapist because I'm "never happy". Absolutely insulting and traumatic. If looking for Lyme treatment, PLEASE find LLMD in your area instead.
