Dr Mas has been treating our family for 22 years. She was with our family for 9 1/2 months with a sick child. She has been monitoring a different child with congenital heart disease for over a decade and a half. Other children have also been patients to rule out any concerns. She has been with us during pregnancy, immediate after birth and throughout everything. Dr Mas is a devoted healer blessed by Al-mighty G-d. The world is so fortunate to have doctors like this. We just had such a great experience with her on a visit for my son. She is really good and what used to be an unpleasant visit when going to other doctors this time was such a good experience. We really recommend her all her team in the office.

Extremely unprofessional office. Canceled 4 appointments on my 7 month baby. If you want a an unreliable cardiologist for your kids Dr. Más is it!

I’m not sure how this office (Coral Gables) performed prior to COVID but to have a 1030 appointment and not be seen and done until 230 is ridiculous. If it wasn’t for the health of my newborn I would’ve left and found another doctor. I went to the office in Kendall for prenatal observations, and it was NOT like this.

Had appointment at 11:30 a.m. it is now 2:45 pm and we are still in the waiting room. Totally disrespectful!! If you value your time then find a different pediatric heart doc. This is an entire day I will never get back. ????

Looking at other reviews about the time spent in the waiting room , I understand and I’ve been there but I’ve also been in the hospital with my new born child and I’ve texted Dr Mas and she came right up to the hospital to check on my child and to answer my questions. I imagine that she had a full waiting room that day. But she was literally taking care of my new born’s heart and wellbeing. My experience with Dr Mas Has being amazing, I trust her 100% , yes she is hard to reach but its understandable with her line of work. I had a lovely experience. I went for a fetal echo cardiograph. I have to say the ultrasound tech Oscar was awesome. Explained everything to me, what things will show up and what number are suppose to be. Dr. Mas came in a little later. Again, very nice. Excellent bedside manner. I feel like some doctors have lost that. Not Dr. Mas, she went over all the pictures. so far everything looks good. I need to come back for one more visit before I have my son. Even though the wait time is indeed considerably long...this office is not a factory setting of internal medicine for caring for kids with simple colds where you have basic symptoms and can run through patients like a deli line. Each child and/or expecting mother has different "difficult" symptoms/issues. When Dr. Mas does walk into your room, you are greeted with incredible warmness and care. She explains each Echo, EKG, i.e any testing performed and does so very thoroughly(hence delay in waiting room). I trust Dr. Mas and I would sacrifice any day to have her see my child. Dr. Mas and her team are extraordinary. The team is professional, caring, and certainly exemplify what any team should be within pediatric care. My husband and I have been to several technicians with our daughter at a different facility. Our experiences were horrible, each time. However, Oscar was amazing! He was professional and caring. An echo on a 2-year-old is no easy task, yet he conducting the entire exam with such patience and ease. Dr. Mas and her NP were also just as patient. Dr. Mas took time to explain and review exams. Dr. Pereira was lovely, but her front desk staff is very condescending. In the last hour I have witnessed the receptionist raising her voice to a parent who spoke English as a second language and reprimanding another by saying “listen... to... me” in an aggressive tone because the parent was not understanding the follow-up instructions. Taking a child to the cardiologist is a nerve-wrecking experience in itself. It is compounded when having to deal with unnecessary hostility. They would benefit from sensitivity training! We love Dr Mas... she is like family to us... my son has been seeing her since he was born he is now almost 11 yrs old. She is not only an amazing person who really cares about all her patients but an amazing doctor as well. We will stay with her forever.....

21 yrs ago she treated my son who was almost 2yrs of age at Baptist hospital. He has Kawasaki virus and enlarged one of his arteries in the heart. She was great with him and her care was excellent. Been wanting to see her again. Wish she would see adults and I now need a cardiologist and for me she is the best. Thank you Dr Mas

Dr. Mas is amazing. She is excellent in her practice and a really kind person, however, her staff is the opposite (front desk, billing...). Her staff provides a very poor service, specially her billing department. You can spend months! trying to reach them. If it wasn't for the excellent doctor and technician (Oscar) I wouldn't come back

A friend of mine recommended her as "THE BEST". Today is the 3rd time her assistant call me to cancel the appointment, without any reasonable reason. Very disappointed!! :(

Dr. Mas has it all: extensive knowledge and experience, ability to communicate complex conditions well with parents/patients, pleasant and compassionate manner, and MOST IMPORTANTLY she takes time with each patient and parent to thoroughly discuss conditions, treatment options and answer questions. This is a one-in-a-million doctor who has been with my son since I was 7 months pregnant. He is now 16 and I will be saddened by having to move on to another cardiologist once my son turns 18.
