Dr. Brindley is amazing! He always listens to what you have to say and truly cares for his patients. Throughout seeing him he has made sure to give me all my options available to me and translated those into words more easily comprehended. I'm truly blessed to have him has my surgeon who helped me regain my hearing with the Osia 2. It's life changing for me and I have him to thank for that!

I took my young son to see Dr.Brindley and we were just a number to him. My son is 9 and has barely started having a clogged ear and after one hearing test and a quick look in the ears and nose he right away started talking about hearing aids and drilling one into my sons skull WITH my son in the room. I hate that my doctor sent us to this guy. He then wanted to refer us to Dallas to some ENT who didn’t even take our insurance for some scans and whatnot so my question is why was he talking hearing aids and not even knowing what exactly is going on. I would never see this guy again. Also I told him about my sons excessive drainage and he said “well good news is it’s about to be summer and if it is allergies everything outside will be dying out” smh. He should have asked me to let my son leave the room! I’m so upset with the way he handled everything. We are now going to Cooks Children’s ENT. ???? It was a satisfactory office visit. The staff and hearing tester were very nice. Doctor seemed to have a good deal of experience.

Very thorough and took time to answer questions and explain the treatment.Friendly staff and the wait time was minimal.

The office staff was very sweet ppl and the Dr. Explained everything that was wrong with my nose and explained the surgical procedure that I need and explained the pros and cons regarding the surgical procedure.

Dr Brinkley and his staff were very professional. He went out of way to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend him to anybody who needs an ENT doctor. Five star doctor.

Dr. Brindley is very professional and at the same time, easy going. He helped me identify where my problem was while ruling out my biggest fears, while asking thorough questions in a down to earth way. When it comes to ear, nose and throat, he is very good.

I really liked Dr. Brindley and his staff. He was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable.

Dr Brindley and his staff are really kind and responsive human beings. Our experience with them Was 100% positive. Dr Brindley’s expertise allowed my husband to hear without hearing aids for a short time for the first time in years! Thank you.

I was taken back promptly by Dr Brindley’s nurse and seen quickly by the physician. I found him to be very informative with great rapport. I was worried about what this visit might show but he put me at ease and explained everything that he was going to do. I felt I was allowed to be fully participatory in the decision making process and that he wasn’t in a hurry to get to the next patient. Hard to find nowadays. Dr Mace Brindley helped me so much in trying to figure out an ear problem I had. He was very professional, friendly, not rushed, and I’m finding that his son, Dr Ben Brindley, gives that same exceptional care. He educated me on more than my vertigo. Time in waiting room is several hours. They play a game to see how long you can last before you be like a tree and leaf. Lots of butta butta's working for him at the front desk. They come to US from ole Mexi-cola. Some doctor's are the best. Brindley is the rest!

He DIDN'T CARE about my pain or problems. He wouldn't even look in my ear - just at hearing test results. I know I'm deaf! I have seen Drs. worldwide - he is the rudist uncaring physIcian have ever met. Needs to retire or learn basic manners. Would have given him zero stars but not accepted. No way I would let him near my son!!

Terrible appointment. He dismissed all of my symptoms and was only concerned about my hearing ability. He gave me no explanation for what I’ve been experiencing, like having my hearing cutting out in one ear or the other. He didn’t seem to care about any of my symptoms other than how my ears looked today. I came with a list of ENT concerns and he acted like it was nothing. Never going back to him again!

I had an appointment at 2PM and arrived at 1:30PM to fill all paperwork. At 3PM when I was still sitting in the waiting room, I asked the receptionist what was the problem. Was informed he was running about 1 hour late but no reasons given. I resent being treated like this without anyone letting the patients know that the doctor would be late instead of just letting them sit there. I see no reason why any patient should be treated this way without some type of rationale from his staff.
