Shelly is in office is rude. We called last week telling her we need my husband to see Dr Juwadi because something is wrong he’s dizzy and something is not right. His numbers are high. He’s a diabetic to make this short to the point. She said I have no appointments until the 24th, it was the June 8th. We ended up in the emergency room where he was admitted to at new Kettering hospital in Springfield and transported to Dayton Kettering Grzndview. The doctors couldn’t believe his own doctor’s office turned him away to wait weeks to be seen. I think Dr Juwadi let’s the couple of women he has working there run everything. A nurse and Shelly the uneducated receptionist is rude and makes very serious decisions that she should not be making about patients being seen. His office has went downhill. If i could leave 0 stars i would. Wait time is rediculous and the staff was cussing and dropping F bombs ever 2 seconds, they were so loud i could hear them in the hallway before entering the office. Very rude staff. The place is dirty and smells horrible. Ive never seen a doctors office act and look this way. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.. If i could leave 0 stars i would. Horrible! Apologies for the long review .. Dr. Jawadi “treated” my post thyroid cancer since 2013. At first it seemed fine. I just needed blood checks and medications refills. But as time went on I was met with rude comments and even some insults when I questioned lab results that didn’t seem okay. The last comment before i left his office for a specialist in endocrine cancers was “I don’t know why you worry about this so much”. Well the reason to worry is that Dr. Jawadi does the bare minimum to treat you…. Over books his appts by booking 2 patients every 15 minutes. So 8 patients in every hour time slot. How is it possible to accurately treat and listen to 8 people in one hour? I also had to be seen every 3 months which I questioned since my cancer diagnosis was in 2009. So every 6 months was more than adequate for re check. Insurance will “allow” every 3 months … so more Insurance payment for him. You are dealing with peoples lives here ! I have been over medicated for the past 2 years at least. I questioned this on several occasions, only to be told it’s fine. It’s where it should be. Now I’m dealing with muscle and bone deterioration, heart damage among other probably permanent health issues from being given too high a dose of thyroid hormone and my tsh at a level of 0.003! I have irregular heart rhythm, rapid heart rate and damage to my hip, back and neck from deterioration/ bone loss. I’m going through an autoimmune storm while my medication is being lowered to get to a safer level… which is horrible to experience. This all could have been avoided had Dr. Juwadi listened to me as a patient and actually paid attention to my levels that were extremely off. I am furious and scared about the damage done to my health because of his negligence. Had I known the info about him losing an 8 million dollar malpractice law suit for permanently harming a young patient I would have never had him as my doctor. How does a doctor even continue to practice after being found guilty of 8 million dollars malpractice?! Also, I asked for my medical records when leaving the practice and what I got was pages and pages of my basic vitals. No notes, no documentation of my complaints or my health concerns during my visits. A way to cover himself with no evidence of patient concerns going unaddressed. Absolutely horrible service. Waiting in the waiting room for a hour and a half just for them to close and say they didn’t have time for us today. And the doctor is absolutely disrespectful. Blaming me for papers he didn’t have. If I could give a 0 review I would

Very good doctor. I have no complaints about him. However, the walls in his office are very thin and you can hear what is going on in the next room. I went to see him today and while waiting in the waiting room, I could hear his office staff which were women, talking and the things they were talking about were very inappropriate. I guess they think that because they have that thick glass window in the office that what they say can’t be heard but they are wrong.

The best endocrinologist I have ever seen.

I feel like he’s going to fall over asleep and he didn’t want to address the tumor in my neck I was referred to him and I have not gone back it’s a waste of time. I had to push for the care I should’ve had to begin with. Dr.Jawadi is Awesome , kind, and professional! He has always listened to me and what’s going on with me. The staff , couldn’t ask for better! I thank All of them for such good care. You treat others with respect and it is returned! Thank you for taking such good care of me !

Very rude !

I've been going to this practice for a few years now. I have been able to get all my medical needs met as far as my thyroid goes. Dr. Jawadai will answer any questions you have and find it easiest to come in prepared with questions wrote out.

Terrible office staff works in that office. They mess up patients prescriptions and don't even apologize. The doctor acts like he doesn't care about the patients. It's to bad he's the only diabetic specialist in town. I go to my primary doctor to take care of my diabetes cause

He’s awful. The nurses are mean. Have an appointment at 3? You will be seen at 4:15. so don’t make plans after your doctors appointment.

This "doctor" changed my prescription without even telling me. What respectable doctor does that. If you are thinking of going to this man for care, I would not. He is very hard to understand, probably because he mumbles in his foriegn accent. It seems he only cares about being paid, and not about my well being. If you have any other options, I would definitely choose them first. Maybe because he is so old, which drives me to conclude that he shouldn't have a med. license any longer.

Very good. He is a bit hard to understand, but patient and kind.

He performed a biopsy on my thyroid, I was extremely nervous. He yelled at me, calling me a baby and said he had children patients who were more mature mature than I am. When the test results came back as inconclusive he very rudely blamed me saying it was because I tensed up during the procedure. Years later I had an ultrasound on my thyroid and learned the nodules in my thyroid should’ve never been biopsied because they were extremely small. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone!

Takes time to make sure you understand what is going on, very good Doctor On wait time I listed wait from scheduled appointment time. I'm always very early so my personal wait is at times longer but that is my doing not the Doctors or his staff. And if possible they will get you in and done early if you show up early. His staff makes you feel very at ease and will do what ever they can to help answer any questions you have. - This is one of the friendliest offices I have seen.

this is an updated review i have been seeing Dr Jawadi for many years now and his office staff is friendly,now Dr Jawadi is better listening and takes interest in things that are important . giving a shout out to brain and janet they been there the longest.

Dr. Jawadi is working with me to bring my A1C down and keep my blood sugars leveled out. He respects my wishes and is not forceful. He comes into the room treating you like his patient not like a bunch of cattle being pushed through. He listens he educates and laughs with you. With his help my A1C is down to 8 in only two visits. I am feeling hopeful again instead of defeated about living with Diabetes . Thanks Doctor Jawadi!

was decent when I first started going there. Now they way over book to the point people have to wait in line in the hall just to get into the waiting room. Not a doctor i would send anyone to. I actually give him -5 but that is not an option

Came in 30 minutes before my appointment, waited until 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment and still wasn't seen. Having other appointments to attend, the practice knowing this prior to me coming, this is not the place to go. If negative stars were possible, this would be a -5 star.

Very disappointed with this practice. It was good when I first started going a few years ago but it's gone downhill. Every time I had an appointment I waited at least 2 hours before I would be seen by Dr Jawadi. The wait time is ridiculous. He schedules too many patience on a single day. I was dismissed from the practice I feel unfairly. I called whenever I couldn't make an appointment and I was dismissed as a patient. No I'm not bashing them because I was dismissed but so people can know what to expect. Very disappointed with this practice. He is fairly knowledgeable, but I wasn't very impressed with his social side. He made a few comments that really made me lose some respect for him. (One was jokingly asking what I had to be depressed about when I listed taking Paxil for anti-depressant.) Plus, the last 3 scheduled appointments resulted in me waiting 45+ minutes for less than 5 minutes with him. After 1+ year of appointments every 3 months (and no changes), I chose to just stay with my own family doctor.

iv called 8 times n a 20 min period, NO answer and says you cant leave a message. POOR communication for a hospital/ Dr office

Warm reception ~ Dr. Jawadi is an excellent Endocrinologist and he is very knowledgeable about just how our whole physical system coompliments eeach and ever organ. Dr. Jawadi has been my most valued physician for 10 years now. I would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone! Thank-you.
