Dr. M Fuad Jan

This doctor was rude and disrespectful. He was not easy to communicate with. He answered questions in a disrespectful manner or not at all. He was equally disrespectful to my family. We left the appointment with many unanswered questions. The doctor’s nurse contacted me to schedule a heart catheterization procedure that had “never” been discussed with me. I had no idea what this was about and questioned if they had the right patient. The nurse confirmed the doctor ordered the procedure. I declined because I was not given an opportunity to ask why it was needed or what the risks were. I changed doctors immediately to someone who I can trust.

I was able to schedule an initial appointment with Dr. Jan within one week of my call for an appointment The staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. Jan is extremely thorough and reassuring. I am so thankful to be under Dr. Jan’s care.
