No follow up. She provided a report to my rheumatologist, but never told me what her report indicated about my health. I requested a follow up visit but have not heard from the office in spite of an addition request for an appointment. It has been three weeks and I just want a phone call for a future appointment.
Professionalism in scheduling with staff for Neuropsychological Test Battery was inept. Rushed office visit w/Dr. Grattan consists of only 7 minutes whose direct unpleasantries projected an icy & rude demeanor. The testing that took several hours was with her mendacious testing assistant Maureen Rogerson who stated in my medical record that I said I was suing for a lot of money from my car accident to remodel my home, when in fact, the remolding of my home was completely finished 1 year before my accident which I have all receipts & pictures dated at that time to prove her false accusation. This allegation was brought up several months later during a video deposition w/Dr. Grattan who deliberately did not want anything to do with lawyers, depositions, or going to trail. Even though this fabrication had nothing to do w/my testing results, both Dr. Grattan and Maureen Rogerson caused incrimination to my litigation and this is solid legal grounds to file a defamation lawsuit.
