* I have gone to this optometrist for my vision care for over 30 years. Their service has always been cordial, thorough and complete and I have never considered even seeing another Doctor. Lynnette is one of the nicest people I have ever met in a professional business. Her energy as a Dr. is immediately comforting and very easy to be around. I understand things can happen in business, but I can't understand anything but a positive review here. I rarely write reviews however I certainly wanted to leave five stars and this comment because it is correct, and she deserves it for her lifelong service and commitment to the community and I would recommend her and her business, and have, to anyone in need for eye care. Called to make an appointment.No answer. When finally contacted was told I would be paying money out-of-pocket above the Medicare allowance they would receive. From what I understand, this is illegal.

I already have a prescription. I just need the contact exam. The run around even trying to get JUST the exam was ridiculous. Money hungry and deceitful business. I feel for the receptionists who have to do things they know are wrong (like push a $200 eye exam I just had a few months ago) when they could just be helping. Definitely don’t go here. staff is rude and unhelpful. Didn't get any business from me!

Nice people. I went in for a glasses prescription, they gave me an eyeglasses exam and a contacts exam. I didn't ask for a contacts exam and made me pay for the new contact prescription that I didn't ask for. They said it was because I mentioned my contacts are dry sometimes. One time when 1-800 Contacts said they could give me an online exam based off my expired prescription, this office refused to give me the prescription that I paid for because it was expired. Then they called back and changed their minds. The $150 glasses I received from them were supposed to be scratch proof, they scratched immediately and had a lot of chromatic aberration. I should have taken the glasses prescription and bought glasses from Zenni for $10. When I asked them to email me my glasses prescription, they sent it without the measurements like the pupillary distance included. Super unhelpful all around. Nice people. Great service and excellent staff. Dr Kline went over all my eye concerns and offered a great selection of fashionable eyewear. :)

Best optometrist office anywhere. Kind and caring and willing to work as hard as needed to get you seeing again. ????????????????????
