Dr kaufman an staff were very friendly I felt I was in good hands right after 1st visit explained in detail an took the time to go over eveey detail of the procedure as well as hate went above an beyond handling my insurance claim highly recomend

Dr Kaufman is very cordial n not a stranger...he explained before and after procedure w xrays...great in his technique relieving one's anxiety. The staff are people oriented n friendly .

Dr. Kauffman and his staff are absolutely wonderful. I experience anxiety just thinking about dental procedures. Dr. Kauffman was very understanding and I had one of the best dental visits ever. Thank you so much.

Dr. Kauffman and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I had issues with a new insurance card and the front desk called and got it corrected within 10 min. The assistant was very kind and I could tell she and the Dr. had a great work flow during my treatment. Dr. Kauffman had a great chair side manor, he took the time to be personable, and then explained in detail my treatment plan while he had my X-ray up and making drawings on it so could understand. I thought I was only going in for a consultation, but he was able to treat me same day. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, but Dr. Kauffman catered to this coward! 5 stars!! Very thorough and cares fir his patients not about making money and doing work that won't help.

I am a dental hygienist. I started working in dentistry in 2003. I moved to the little rock area this year and was half tempted to drive back to Dallas to have my first and hopefully only root canal. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Kaufman. They got me in for a week out but when I called with pain they bumped me up to the same day. While I was there Dr. Kaufman was prepared and did my treatment during that first appointment. I had no pain throughout my appointment. Very friendly staff and gentle doctor. Five stars. I meant to leave this review awhile back. My dentist sent me here thinking I needed a root canal. I didn't. I just want to say how wonderful and honest he is. Both he and his staff are kind and caring. He could have easily told me I needed one and made a lot of money off me. I'm just going to say if he says you need any work done you probably really do. Very pleased with the way they conduct themselves, and the sanitary practices they perform. Dr Kaufman washed his hands every time he came to the room, and new gloves every time he sat to perform duties. Also, during the procedure he explained what he was doing, and ensures that it was painless. Overall very pleased!
