Dr. Massa and his team are awesome. I’m a fairly new patience at the office, so when I found out I was having a (RFA) Radiofrequency ablation procedure without sedation - I panicked. Office staff( two females working the window) are obnoxiously rude, demeaning and sarcastically rude to an elderly, hard of hearing patient. Office staff is a reflection on the Dr. I do not recommend going to this doctor due to the treatment I witnessed.

Dr. Massa has been absolutely wonderful working with my 90 year old mom who is in terrible pain. He in interested, caring and willing to do whatever he is able to do in order to provide her with the relief and emotional support and comfort she so needs. God bless him

Barbara is just a pill pusher. Pain management is now stricter to help people live with their pain without becoming dependent on meds. Dr. Massa has always understood my pain and will try alternate ways to help.
