Dr. Luis S Noble

Dr. Noble and his nurses were amazing and so kind. His front desk staff were not my favorite, but there might be new people since I was a patient there (plus, I'm not here to rate them). We got our miracle baby, and Dr. Noble was such a good listener, had great bedside manner - especially working with such a sensitive population, and explained things in a really easy to understand way. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Noble is a beautiful soul with great bedside manner. So far I have no complaints. The staff was extremely patient in explaining pricing and process. I was also able to obtain an appointment quickly.

Before coming here I was a bit reluctant because of the reviews. I’m happy to say, so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I was incredibly nervous leading up to the start of this process and after meeting Dr. Noble i felt much better. Now, I am writing this review after my first cycle with Dr. Noble and not yet sure of the outcome ( if you are reading … send a little baby dust my way ????) but I think it’s fair to write a review on my experience so far. The office doesn’t take my insurance for anything but they were very surprisingly , super helpful in making sure they only sent me for testing to places that did accept my insurance. Which is a huge deal as this process can be costly. Now sometimes there is zero wait, and sometimes there is a bit of a wait … but it’s because there are always so many people there to see him. I don’t think he can help that. There is only one of him, and my husband and I would very much love a baby … so I don’t mind waiting . As you can tell by the length of the review… I’m one of those people who talks too much and has too many questions and i have personally have had no issues with the front desk like those from previous reviews so I’m hoping others will have the same experience. Dr. Noble was very kind and was the first doctor I've EVER had to listen to me! So thankful for Dr Noble and his staff. Very professional and caring. He helped us through 5 IVFs until our miracle baby was finally conceived. Our little baby Aria Victoria was just born 2 days ago. The lack of professionalism when dealing with the front desk staff was jarring… the doctor had some personal issue that caused his staff to delay us for 6 months. They were not understanding or even seemed to care about the continual “re-scheduling’s” we were dealing with over those 6 months. They were actually rude to my wife over the phone several times… Once we finally got to see Dr. Noble they set up all our labs and surgeries and then never coordinated with the other doctors office!!! Dr. Noble is a not a friendly person on top of it all…. We heard many bad stories, but he’s the only guy in town, so we gave it a shot. Once I spoke with him about the many issues we had… wait for it…he fired us as patients? We were so confused and upset. It would be funny if he didn’t waste 8 months of our vital time to try and have a child. I had been seeing Dr. Noble for about a year and a half. I have gone through so many procedures and struggles. Dr. Noble was so rude and unprofessional. I understand Covid, but he was just plain rude. I asked why my husband could not come inside to the consultation room with me. I had my sonograms done here for a surrogacy journey. Dr. Noble is great, but the wait times are long, there is no in house blood work, and the receptionist is a pain to deal with. She is quick to frustration on the phone and in person. I'm glad to finished with this clinic now. Unfortunately there aren't a lot of options for fertility clinics in El Paso. Dr. Noble is such a caring and knowledgeable doctor. One can tell that he has much experience and that he truly loves his profession. The same can be said about his office staff. Dr. Noble is an amazing Dr. All my visits were perfect, no long waits, Lucy, his assistant made sure all my questions were answered right away. Very friendly, but office is completely mismanaged. Took 2 months to get initial visit, and another month to get the results. Then was put into a 'cohort' (he does IVF patients in batches) that would have taken another 4 months to start IVF treatment. I ended up going to San Antonio, which offered immediate treatment. Each office visit takes 2+ hrs. Seems very knowledgeable, but if you have the money, fly to San Antonio, Houston, or Dallas for treatment, and save time.

They are rude, uneducated and unemphatic. This office needs a huge overhaul.. I see plenty of bad reviews about the employees but I had a great experience everyone is always cheerful. i read one comment basically saying that employees should act presentable 24/7 quote, "people pay you thousands of dollars". I really don't understand all the bad reviews for this doctor's office. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful and I've never encountered a rude staff member. I've have always gotten back to a room within 20 minutes of my appointment time. My typical wait once in a room has been about 20-30 minutes but has been as long as almost 2 hours once. This is typical of any specialist though and I'm aware I'm not his only patient. I'm sure when I waited that long he was dealing with someone who timing was of the essence, as it tends to be with infertility. What I was there for was not a time sensitive issue and I'm honestly happy to be with a wonderful doctor who prioritizes. I'm in the medical field as well so my wife and I research a lot of the things they tel us to do so we have further knowledge of procedures. They always get upset when asked any question even if it is something simple like "I thought the doctor was going to be here?" Dr nobles assistant always seems to rush us when we are in appointments. We only saw dr noble at 2 appointments, his assistant was running the appointments most of the time. Since day one i have been very much pleased with the service i have received at this clinic. Everyone on the staff have constantly been in touch with me about every little thing pertaining to my procedure. Be it the coordinators, billing, or even the embryologist the entire staff have been at the top of their game! I have had many many questions and every time I called to get a question answered if it is not answered right away i get a call back within minutes that same day. A huge asset to this center has to be my IFV coordinator Gracie! She has made this experience so personalized that every time i talk to her I have felt like i am her only patient and she always has an answer for me. I am blessed and thankful to have her on my case! Overall I ultimately give the center five stars because of Dr. Noble himself. He has mad every visit very comfortable for myself and my family. My husband and mother take turns accompanying me to the multiple appointment, procedures, and surgery and every time he has clearly and professionally kept them informed of what is going on with me. Awesome Doctor, but I only saw him one time I had appointments. If you have an appointment at a certain time, do not expect to be in and out. Wait time in the waiting room can vary from 15-30 minutes. After you've taken your vitals you can wait I anywhere from 10-45 minutes in a different room as you wait for a room to open up. Then when you finally get to your appropriate room, it will take about 30 minutes before the doctor even comes in.
