Dr. Luis G. Keys

My wife and I signed up with Keys over a year ago. We have had a perfectly great dentist, but she wanted to try a dentist her brother-in-law, a dentist in New York, recommended. With Keys, I had a cleaning, x-rays and a little work completed and all seemed good. However, today, February 1, I have a toothache. I called the Keys office and they told me the earliest appointment would be February 23. After I pushed—they could possibly get me in on a cancellation. Well, I am returning to my old dentist who got me in today (Feb 1). Shame on you, Dr. Keys, for not doing what real dentists do—treat patients who are in pain.

Dr Keys was nice enough but his work was cheap and I had trouble with the implants from the very start. The implants cost me close to $8000.00 but the plate was made of plastic and I could’ve gotten the 4 bottm unit for $3000.00. The plastic unit that keys had made lasted 4years and it broke as i was chewing a piece of rib eye steak! I had to have it remade and it is costly!! Don’t use. He is pricey and didn't deliver results. It will cost me four times the amount he charges to get my ‘mouth’ right after his failed efforts.

Best All around Dentist I have come across

Keep your teeth! If you go to this place, all they do is recommend you have all your teeth removed and replaced with expensive full arch bridges on implants. They don't take the time to look at your individual situation, they'll just print up an "estimate" with your name at the top which lists your three choices of types of full dentures. watch out for their "closer" Mary who is nothing more than a salesperson. she should be selling used cars! she gives dental advice tho she's not a dentist. She just has one objective--to get you to sign on the dotted line and agree to have all your teeth removed and replaced with their crappy fake ones! Keep your teeth! I was not only impressed with the level of professionalism in this office, my dentist of 30 years complimented the excellent work Dr. Keys had done on my 2 implants. I am in the process of getting my third implant done.
