If you are chronically ill, you deserve to see a better doctor. My mother's appointments are always rushed, and he does not take the time to explain diagnosis and health issues clearly. She has been given the wrong medication for multiple illnesses. She has spoken about what medications don't work for her, but he ends up prescribing them anyway. They run unnecessary tests when they think you are easy to manipulate. My mother has been billed for hundreds and hundreds of dollars, without proper communication. My mother had 20 years of pain in her spine but it took her crying in pain for them to try to diagnose her. This doctor had told her " "this is not a life or death situation." heres the deal- the guy knows what hes doing but this is queens. Lobby is usually packed. They DO tend to run a bit late. Take your earbuds, bring a book. luis actually KNOWS WHAT HES DOING. theres other doctors at this location who share the same staff but arent really affiliated with him. SEE LUIS NOT THEM. Communication is key with any doctor, so just go with an idea of what you want to know and be all over that smart phone double checking. Its a bit pricey and the wait can suck- but beats a quick visit at a terrible doctor. Also- when presented with complex issues the staff DID overcome problems to help me. I just asked politely if i could re-explain and they actually DID help me navigate a medical documentation issue- for which they didnt charge me despite me owing them money. so these people are ok by me. will someone act out in the waiting room?maybe but thats not on them. should you wear a mask? well. Even if you have a appointment they will let you wait for more than two hours and if you call They put you on hold for hours ,very disappointed

Just bad customer service overall! Do not come here you will be waiting a lifetime just to see a doc & speak to someone. Horrible

They take an hour to answer the call. And once they pickup they put you on hold for another 30 min. Such a bad customer service. They did this not just once but every time I called them. Would give them a zero if I could.

Best Doctor EVER. I read some bad reviews here but I have to disagree: Dr. G and the staff at this location are TOP NOTCH. Service is professional and quick. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place ( Queens Location ) Never a problem with anyone.

If I could give this review more stars I would. I just want to say how thankful & grateful I am to Dr. Glodowski, Michelle, & all their professional staff. The care & attention I received yesterday in the Queens office was top notch. They truly made my experience a gratifying one. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!

Short story I visited this doctor it was an OK visit, I had to wait about two hours after the consultation at the front desk I asked if I had to buy something they say no you’re OK you can go then three more late later I had to wait about two hours, after the consultation at the front desk I asked if I had to pay something (co-payment or ... I don’t know something) they say “no you’re OK you can go”, then three months later I call to know if they have my results and they woman on the phone told me “we couldn’t find it (my results for the tests) but we call you back when we do”, I called them two more times and same thing, Finally I went to the doctor’s office again and asked for my results and then they check my “file” and just show me an empty folder and then they said “we don’t have it yet but we called you when we do (what a surprise right?)” they never call... and more than a year later I received a bill where it say I owe to this doctor $35, for the visit... so... this office is ok to not give me my results, lost it, or whatever happened to it, let me go saying “you owe nothing” (because I ask) so... they forgot to call me to give me my results but no to mail me a bill that I didn’t know even exist! Receptionists who work in Queens office are extremely rude and unprofessional. I could not get the hard copy of my blood test results for three months, because I had to make another appointment to see the doctor. People who work at the front desk are very mean; they do not care about patients. I called and they put me on hold for more than forty-five minutes. Terrible, terrible, terrible…

Dr. Glodowski is fine, his front desk staff however has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Everytime you call they give you a different response and are overall inefficient. They tell you results aren't ready with out checking the chart, when you need authorization for a procedure, they don't call and lie saying that it was denied.

The wait for a scheduled appt. is over 3hrs. He spends little time and off to the next patient. I felt like a number. Unfortunately, he is not good with all patients.

I've been seeing Dr. Glodowski for almost 20 years. He's a wonderful doctor who listens to his patient's concerns and ailments. Please note- expect to wait up to an hour and a half to see him even if you have an appointment. If you just walk in to be seen be prepared to be there at least half a day.

Didn't have a positive experience attending the medical office, the front desk person (Michelle) is very unprofessional, she made my first visit unpleasant as she didn't mind yelling and asking inappropriate questions. The Dr. was alright cannot give a bad or positive review about his service since he left the room to go check another patient without saying a word. My appointment was at 12:00pm and ended up being seen at 2:00pm.

Dr Glodowski shows a caring attitude toward his patients and does take the needed time with his patients to answer questions. He does not push meds. He takes a very balanced attitude to treat a patient using diet, life style changes and if absolutely necessary meds. A very good example of what a doctor should be like.
