Dr. Ludwig E Khoury

I had a telemed with Dr. Koury today. I have not seen him in person since prior to Covid-19. I find this ridiculous. He proceeded to tell me how many times I called to cancel the day before, supposedly the day of. Wow, really he's apparently never dealt with anyone with any other chronic illnesses. Then he proceeds to tell me basically this entire time he was trying to do me a favor because I should be seeing a pulmonologist for my asthma since I do not have allergies. I said you know what. I'm done!! I'm asking my primary for a referral and hung up. I also cried I was so hurt! Nobody should be treated this way! He's rude.

I am very Happy with Dr Khoury's office the service is excellent and Dr. Khoury always takes his time with me when I have an appointment and makes sure all my questions are answered.

Great care and very informative. Very happy with the level of care here. Dr. Khoury is a great doctor and will explain every step of the way during your allergy treatments. Highly recommend.

It can be very difficult to find doctors that you trust and have a good rapport with. My experience with Dr. Khoury and his staff was one that made me feel that I was being well cared for. I am very pleased to say that Dr. Khoury was not only very thorough but he also took the time to read and explain all testing that was done. He also did not prescribe further treatment that was unnecessary. Anyone who is looking for more from their doctor should look no further.

Dr. Khoury is incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me with my allergies and has given me the ability to have my life back in so many ways. Allergy shots are not a quick fix, and he explained that, but I am thankful to have him as my doctor for the past 8+ years. Recently when I had a new unexplained allergy come up, he worked with me tirelessly to determine what it could be--that is just the kind of doctor he is. He is personable and has always asked me about school or my family. I can tell that both he and his entire staff genuinely care about their patients. If you have allergies and are considering the next step in treating them, Dr. Khoury and Allergy Care are who should look towards.

Jumps to conclusions without in depth care. Will ask you to keep coming back. Will take your money, but gives lower than average care. One of the worst doctors experiences I have ever had, time after time.

This place is a joke! They don’t even have a lab in the office because they claim that they have a small office and have only very few patients. They don’t give proper information before your first visit and when you get there, they have already wasted your time. In this day and time, wherever you go, you will see someone with a tattoo of some sort. Well this place needs to get it together and get all the facts together before accepting a new patient. I was told that they couldn’t do a skin test because of my tattoos. Well needless to say that I had stopped taking my antihistamines for 5 days to be told that they couldn’t do the test due to my tattoos and that I have to get blood drawn instead and have to go somewhere else to get it drawn as they don’t do it in the office. Then they made another appointment, which was a fake appointment to let me think it was to test my breathing, but in actuality it was for an appointment to get the results of the lab work which was only partially done. So I get a call telling me that they need to reschedule because they did not get all the labs back. Um…I thought it was for my breathing test but unfortunately it was not. Again a fake appointment that was made in the pretense that it was for something else. Again this place is a joke and if you don’t want to have them waste your time, find someone else! Dr. Khoury is one of the kindest most brillant docotor I have ever had. He has profound understaning in medicine and explain in ways for the non-medically trained person to understand. He finds the fastest most effective approach to lead you on the road to wellness.

This is the worse care I’ve ever seen they charged me for allergy shots I’ve never received my insurance is investigating it . They won’t me to pay $300 because they claim they ordered it even though I called months in advance to cancel a appointment due to finding out I was with child. I will be making ice complaints on Fort Drum to get them black listed . Military families please stay away from this place they are fraudulent and money hungry. This office has a pretty friendly staff, but they do not seem at all organized. Next month I will have been a patient for an entire year and I have yet to receive treatment of any kind. I’m currently looking for a new allergist, and I do not recommend this one.

Had an appointment for my daughter's allergies, because she has a constant cough that doesn't go away and he rudely told me it's a cold not from allergies and that he doesn't just give inhalers away,when my daughter is suffering at night and can't stop coughing.then he told me off to make an appointment for in 3 weeks

Exceptional care and easy to work with when scheduling injections. I've been going there for several years and would highly recommend them.

My kids have been a patient of Dr Khoury's since 2017. He is extremely intelligent, very informative and takes time to answer my questions. My kids are doing amazing under his care. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend. If there isn't something wrong with you before going in, there will be after you leave. Dr. Khoury is a bully and doesn't even look at the patient. He only looks at the numbers and should not be practicing medicine.
