Dr. Sorin was patient, understanding of my concerns and took her time to answer questions. I appreciate her follow up as well as her explanations as they were easy to understand. I feel very comfortable with her as my child's doctor.
I do not recommend Dr. Sorin. Her bedside manner is awful. She doesn't care for her patients. My niece went to her, and it was the worst experience.
God forgive her. Couldn’t communicate with her on her rounds at the hospital not sure if she didn’t have the knowledge or just didn’t want to help my son. She never checked on him or took a look at him just said there’s nothing she could do for him. So during our 3 weeks stay at the hospital we had no neurologist we could speak to until Dr Shah or Dr Ikram were on rounds. God forgive her. Dr. was great in the appointment. She was very understanding and spent a lot of time going over everything. However, after the appointment, it is nearly impossible to reach the dr as Advocate has this complicated message service where you wait days or sometimes have to call back a second time and leave another message to actually reach someone at the dr's office.
