Dr. Alexandre is knowledgeable, wise, and thinks out-side of the box. He presents the facts and discusses options and is very clear about rewards and risks, he take his time with his patients, he does an amazing physical exam and listen to the patient 's questions, I highly recommended.

He is no longer at MSH .Great doctor but no longer at mount siani pain management

The worst office (the Coral Gables) office is extremely disorganized. Zero communication or care for the patients. Can’t even imagine how it would be for a procedure. Stay away!

Dr. Alexandre is not only truly knowledgeable and professional, he is truly charismatic and takes his time with his patients, listening and advising. He is truly a remarkable doctor, and I felt safe with him. Should you need a pain management neurosurgeon, this is the doctor to go to.

The best pain management doctor I have ever encountered. He explained everything like a great teacher.

The doctor is very professional, very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain everything in detail, and the different outcomes that could be approached for treatment. He is very pleasant and you don't have to wait much at all at your appointments. I would highly recommend.

My grandmother has Renal Cancer and CHF- so finding the right doctor was very important. Dr. Alexandre is just that! He is kind, has an amazing bed-side manner, is never in a hurry, thoroughly explains his thoughts and gives his patients enough education to allow them to make decisions on their own. I cannot say enough amazing things about this doctor because he is not only educated and great at his field, but he is a truly beautiful human. If you are in pain, this is the right doctor for you.

This doctor is not only brilliant on paper, he is amazing in person! Dr. Alexandre took a lot of time with me, got to know the nature of my injury and gave me a plan of attack. We started with some simple stuff and we finally got it right after a couple of tries. He is super sweet, compassionate and just an all-around nice guy. He knows his stuff and I would totally recommend him!

The Doctor is very good, however his staff is very disorganized. They messed up an emergency procedure approval with my insurance and I could not get the care I needed timely.

Dr Alexandre is a good listener. He understood my problems and articulated his assessment of them clearly. I appreciated his conservative approach to treatment. . He was genuine in his concern and I left his office very satisfied with his recommendations.

I chose Dr Alexandre because his background is excellent, including MD PhD from Einstein and a fellowship at Harvard. He is a lovely, compassionate doctor who listened to my concerns, answered them all and discussed treatment options with me. After following his advice, I had significant relief within hours. His staff is friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Alexandre actively listens to your complaint, then explains exactly what is wrong and how we are going to repair. I absolutely trust him and his judgment and will recommend him always. I do not feel rushed, he takes his time during the examination, clearly explains the issue then presents you with his best recommendations/solutions. Staff is always professional, friendly and helpful; they go the extra mile in helping their patients and I appreciate that. Pain has improved tremendously!

Dr. Alexandre took his time to listen to what my symptoms were. I've had pain in my hip for many years and most paid docs I've been to default to pain killers within the first 5 minutes. Dr. Alexandre encouraged me to proceed with spot injections and PT. For the first time in years I feel like I'm healing. It's refreshing to have a pain doctor familiar with multiple treatment methods.
