I started seeing Dr. Ferland in late January because my c-section incision opened. The wound’s healing was further complicated because of blood thinners I was taking postpartum. Dr. Ferland was warm, attentive, and her expertise and experience were apparent from my very first visit and throughout my weekly visits. The treatment plan she developed and carried out for me led to my rapid and complete healing in about 4 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Ferland for wound care— she is outstanding and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Ferland took the time to explain everything, saw me every week until my wound was healed. She was not rushed and answered all my questions. I trust her and recommend her highly.

My Vascular Doctor referred me to the Wound Care Center at Memorial Hospital Pembroke for an extensive traumatic injury. Luckily I became Dr. Ferland's patient. From my first moments with Dr. Ferland I knew that I had a doctor who had a great bedside manner, had a lot of experience with wound care, was up front about the prognosis related to my long-term healing, willing to explain what specific care was needed , and very willing to consider my input and concerns. I went to the Wound Care Center twice a week for over three months and then weekly for another few months. During this time Dr. Ferland continued to treat me with care and respect as did the entire staff at the Center. I could not ask for better care.

She took the time to explain everything that would and could happen. Made feel at ease! Loved the outcome of my wound care!

I came to Dr. Ferland with a terrible wound, a little scared, hesitant and knowing nothing about how this wound would be treated or heal. The moment I met Dr. Ferland I knew I was in very good hands. She explained the type of wound I had, how she planned to treat, how long it might take to heal and what I could expect in plain simple language. She said it would take some time and to have patience, she knew that was a challenge for me. I was compliant. Dr. Ferland made me feel extremely relaxed and positive that my wound was not so terrible. I love her chairside manner. She is very upbeat, bright, positive, honest and pulls no punches. She has a really good spirit about her. I was under her care for about 16 weeks. I also liked that she did not hurry her visits with me. She spent time and answered the thousands of questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Ferland! You will not be disappointed. She is OUTSTANDING!

Dr Ferland is a wonderful, caring doctor with a terrific bedside manner. I took my teenage daughter to see her 2-3 times per month for several months after she was involved in a very serious auto accident. Dr Ferland was the wound care specialist and she couldn't have been more kind and compassionate with my child. She definitely made my daughter feel at ease during every visit and i would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of wound care. She certainly knows what she's doing and we are very grateful for the professional yet gentle care mu daughter received during those months of treatment. Thank you so much Dr Ferland!

I had a problematic abdominal wound that needed some serious attention that would not heal. I tried going to another doctor, but nothing worked. I met with Dr. Ferland because she was recommended to me as a miracle worker by more than one person well respected in the community. I was skeptical, but . The use state of the art wound management as well as the latest technology. I have had a complete turnabout. My abdominal wound is not healed. I could not have done it without Dr. Louise Ferland.

Wonderful plastic surgeon and wound care doc. She is top-notch.

I had a wound infection after back surgery which would not heal. Finally I was sent to the wound healing center at Memorial Pembroke to see Dr. Ferland who is a plastic surgeon and a wound specialist. I was so scared but when I met her she explained what needed to be done. she is professional and extremely good at what she does. She ordered special dressings which healed my wound very fast. I highly recommend her.

So happy I was sent to see Dr Ferland at the wound center at Pembroke for my leg ulcers. I can't believe how quick it healed because no one else could get it to heal for the past 8 months. She is amazing and explained everything. I trust her very much and can recommend her to friends and family.

My 92 year old Dad fell in January 2021 and wounded his shin. He was cared for by a wound care doctor at his rehab facility daily for 12 weeks. After being released the wound still hadn’t healed. We were recommended to Dr. Ferland by his oncology nurse who advised us that it should’ve healed by then. Dr. Ferland and her amazing,friendly and caring staff treated the wound and I am thrilled to say that it has fully healed in just a matter of weeks !! She is amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend her !!

I had 6 visits with Dr. Ferland for an open wound on my lower leg. I found her to be very professional, she answered all my questions, I was very pleased with her. I would highly recommend her. She is at Memorial in Pembroke Pines.

I came to Dr. Ferland a few months back after developing an open cut that would not heal after knee surgery. Week after week she explained any procedures she did and made sure I understood everything that was happening with my wound. Today was my last visit. All healed up. If ever I should develop another wound that refuses to go away, there's only 1 place you will fond me. Dr. Louise Ferland and her more than capable staff. Dr Ferland has been treating me for a back infection with open wound for over 6 months and finally has it under control. She is very caring, listens to you and explains any questions you have. I highly recommend her.

I waited for 2 months to write this review to assure objectivity as I would not make a negative review lightly. I had purchased a sculptra vial but had to delay using it. The front desk assured me this would be no problem. When I was ready, Ms. Ferland had stopped using this filler. I totally accepted this and never requested a refund. When I had my appt w Ms. Ferland, she seemed angry but I thought she was simply having a bad day. She offered for me to pay more money to swap for a different filler and pushed for a full face lift for $11,000 which seemed odd to me. I left not making a decision since this was a lot to digest. I was shocked a week letter to receive a letter from Ms. Ferland stating quite rudely that she was refusing to keep me as a patient. I was mortified as this has never happened to me. I want to be clear I was very kind during our appt. The original payment was returned. I believe this experience reflects serious concerns with her professionalism.

I received 20 units of Bo-tox for my frown line. The Bo-tox never took effect; there was no change in my frown line or my ability to frown intentionally. I called to let the doctor know, and the unfriendly receptionist mentioned that I might need a booster (more $$$). Complete apathy regarding the patient's satisfaction. No thank you.

I have visiting Dr. Ferland for several years for Botox and an occasional filler. Dr. Ferland is always very friendly and professional and I'm very pleased with the results. The office staff is always helpful in booking appointments. I've always been pleased with my results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Ferland. My results never look overdone and obvious.

I have used Dr Ferland for several years for Dysport injections. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I had my last injection in January; it has already worn off. My injections usually last up to 4 months. I went on a day she was having a sale on the product. I should have known better. Based on my results, there is was the same concentration as she normally uses. Very disappointed!

I love my Juvederm fillers! Thank you Dr. Ferland. I felt comfortable and your staff is so nice.

I would not refer this clinic to anyone. I cancelled my CoolSculpting appt. 10 days before the procedure and they will not refund my deposit. I would understand if I cancelled on short notice or didn't show up on appt day, but that was not the case. I cancelled in plenty of time for them to fill my spot and they refused to give back deposit. They don't care about customer service or the patient. There a bunch of crooks who only want money.

she is only interested in taking your money and will not listen to you if you are not pleased with results (which were NO RESULTS) she even screams at patients and walks away . very unprofessional.
