Our visits with Dr Santore always went well. He is such a nice Doctor. My bad experience was with the Santore Optical there in his office. Ordered glasses in March and they were never made for me so therefore after 5 months I reached the office and asked that I get a refund and they don't reply to any messages that I leave. Optical is closed and they seem to be keeping my $747 that I paid in full in March for glasses not delivered. In the beginning of August Vicky in the office told me that I should be entitled to a refund. Stilling waiting to hear from them. Not a nice way to do business with patients of almost 20 years. We were patients of Doctor Santore for almost 20 years. He was always pleasant and thorough with his examinations. When i needed new glasses I went right there in his office to Santore Optical. I ordered and paid in full $747 for new glasses in March and was told I would have them in two weeks. I never got them and couldn't reach anyone until August in the Doctor's office. When they didn't have my glasses done then I asked for a refund which the lady by the name of Vicky agreed with me and would look into it. Also I found out that the Santore Optical was closed. I tried stopping into the office one day and found it locked when it was supposed to be open and I called from outside and got to talk with the receptionist and was told Vicky wasn't in and would call me back in the next couple of days. I have left several other messages but no calls back. So sad that such a nice Doctor has this going on in his office. Hope no one has this same experience as I have. Maybe some day they will understand how they can show courtesy to their patients. Theresa McCloskey I hope someone will take the time and inform me what happened to my refund since they closed and didn't deliver my glasses.

Excellent dr, very caring.

Dr. Santore is an excellent doctor. He is extremely competent and thorough. He is very diligent and proactive with his clients. He truly cares about his patients and their well-being. A truly compassionate, caring and extremely competent practitioner.
