I have tried working with this office and have found the administration staff for his office extremely rude. I was greeted with an attitude and an unfriendly tone while simply trying to resolve a simple issue. Incredibly discouraging.

Dr. Galli is smart, perceptive and can analyze a problem at once. He knows how to treat problem feet. He is caring, witty and practical. I highly recommend and have the highest regard for him.

Dr. Galli should be your first and only stop when looking for a Podiatrist in New York City. He was recommended to me by at least 4 different people when I had my first foot issue 5 years ago. I recently had a bone spur removed from my right toe. All my appointments have been on time with zero wait. The office has strict covid protocols in place and I felt very safe at all times. His staff is very helpful in assisting me at all times especially with the pre surgery requirements. Dr. Galli is kind and honest. We tried all options before deciding on surgery. There is no upselling of products or procedures. I can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Galli is the best. I have been seeing him for 10 years now and just had surgery on my right toe to remove a bone spur. He never pressured me into the operating room and all options were tried before making that decision. His office runs smoothly with a friendly and no nonsense staff. If an appointment is at 2:00, you see him at 2:00. Dr. Galli is kind and honest and I can't recommend him enough.

With regard to my review detailing issues with the office. After a long time they did contact me and I received a personal apology from Dr. Galli. I will be returning to his practice but will be more careful myself about payment issues.

Very disappointed. I went there for an emergency (piece of glass in the foot), it's been 2 weeks and a half, and after sending me to different places for ultrasound and MRI, it's been 10 days without even one call back to hear the diagnostic. The doctor does not return my multilple calls despite the assistant saying he would! I'm still in pain, and no idea what I should be doing. He simply disappeared on me. Kind of crazy... Warm, wonderful personality. Friendly and compassionate.

Have seen many foot and ankle doctors before, he correctly diagnosed my problem. His treatment recommendation worked perfectly. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone with a foot or ankle problem.

Simply the BEST!!!!

Dr Galli is wonderful as he's very thorough and spends time explaining the issue in a manner that's easily understandable. I'd highly recommend him.

My poor rating: 0 The website is misleading with respect to eligible insurance providers. It needs to be clearer that not all Empire BC/BS plans are allowed. 0 A follow-up appointment was at a different and much further location. The office staff should make clear which office is indicated as both offices use the same phone number. I went to the office of the first visit and they had no record of the appt. 0 Failure to reimburse payment to me from BC/BS claim I filed and paid to office

I had my first appointment last week and was asked to come in early to do paperwork, which I did. I was seen exactly at the time of my appointment and not by just one doctor but by two. The service was excellent. I was not rushed through the process. Dr. Galli and his staff were very friendly and explained issues very well. I arrived in pain and left the office with a great deal of relief. I have been pain-free since being treated there. An excellent medical practice - highly recommended.
