I truly cannot say enough about Loretta and the work she has helped me through. I am a father, a husband, a son, a brother, a boss, a sponsor, and a person in recovery from alcoholism and Loretta has helped me in EACH area of my life in ways that words cannot properly describe. Seeing Loretta has been one of the greatest tools I've given myself and I am reminded of that after I walk out of EACH session with a clarity and a serenity that I find nowhere else. I've experienced incredible breakthroughs using EMDR therapy and numerous other breakthroughs simply talking things through and following her simple and effective suggestions. Loretta has a vast wealth of knowledge in so many facets of living in today's world and I have yet to bring a challenge to our sessions that we haven't been able to dissect and conquer. The dozens and dozens of "EUREKA!!!" moments I've experienced on her couch have changed my life forever! I cannot fully express my gratitude and satisfaction felt as a patient of Loretta. I highly highly highly recommend Loretta for any person looking to improve their lives spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
