Dr. Lora D Yeager-Smith

My experience with Dr. Yeager-Smith has been excellent as well as my experience with the front desk staff and her assistants. I have been treated and/or observed for Heel Spur issue, early onset Hammer Toe and an inflamed Achilles Tendon.

Dr. is fine but very hard to get anyone to answer phones and making appointments is very hard - they don't seem to answer their phones or have available live staff to assist with this appointment making process. You have to leave messages but very rarely get callback. So prepare to be persistent.

Love Dr. Yeager-Smith but am fed up with front office staff's rudeness, talking loudly about patients' business, criticizing patients for asking about wait times, making insulting comments about patients (even to other patients,. etc. They need HIPAA training and better attitudes.
